Very arrogant administration, especially administrator Vitalii. They way he treats guests and his employees - no doubts this kind of personality doesn’t belong in hospitality industry.

Worst Service ever, I paid my Breakfast for 4 days, bit I had to cancel my booking next day, Room booking cancellation is Non refunded, ist ok for me no problem, my company paid for this, but problem is with my Breakfast bill that i have paid for 4 days and they didn't refund me a single penny. I got answer from hotel,"breakfast is now booked, we cant refund". Even they prepare the breakfast in their Restaurant. Second reason for 1 star 🌟 is, without your own car, you are disconnected from the main city.

Very good hotel, not so far from the city. You can access free WiFi here. Clean and neat rooms suitable for family and also for single occupancy. Not many options for breakfast. Personally I felt the breakfast could have included some fruits.
