I’ve
been
a
part
of
the
metabolic
community
for
a
couple
years
now
and
I
love
it.
The
sense
of
community
that
the
gym
provides
is
motivating
and
encouraging,
daily.
As
someone
who
needs
that
extra
push,
the
trainers
provide
that!
I
never
feel
as
though
I’m
pushed
too
far,
I’m
pushed
just
enough,
and
that’s
a
testament
to
the
trainers
taking
the
time
to
recognized
what
each
person
can
handle.
As
someone
who
has
battled
injuries
for
years,
I’m
always
encouraged
to
take
the
time
I
need,
but
I’m
also
given
modifications
for
exercises.
Trainers
take
the
time
to
think
through
different
exercises
for
each
station,
that
will
help
me
get
stronger
but
also
take
care
of
my
body.
I’m
grateful
for
the
metabolic
community,
and
very
grateful
for
the
trainers
and
guidance
that
they
give,
for
exercise
and
healthy
eating!
If
you’re
looking
to
get
some
weekly
activity
in,
I
12/10
recommend
metabolic.
The
workouts
keep
me
feeling
strong
and
energized
throughout
the
day!
The
cleanliness
and
accommodations
provided
at
the
gym
also
provides
sense
of
relief!
