Rest stop in good repair and well-provisioned. Parking lot of medium size. On-site are games of chance (claw games) and a Chase-branded automatic telling machine. Bathrooms are of decent size and very clean. Staff in the shop (selling foodstuffs, refreshments and travel accoutrements like mobile chargers and basic medicines) are very helpful, serving fresh coffee of various origins. Seating area clean, receiving lots of natural illumination, yet use of much of it is being discouraged due to the 'Rona (wolfing down expensive lunches on your lap in your car's supposedly healthier than eating with properly washed hands in the dining area).

Classic rest area on the Mass Pike. McDonald is the only eatery as far as I can tell based on the past 6 months (pizza place seems to be shut down for good). Large seating area where to have food, clean bathroom, little shop. Coffee is indeed fresh since you can grind it on the spot. Good place overal

We're traveling to Central NY from RI and stopped at the rest area around 7:30 pm. It wasn't very busy, but the garage cans outside were overflowing with garbage. The women's bathroom was filthy, with at least 2 empty soap dispensers. We were disappointed that McDonald's was our only choice for food. The convenience store was clean but it lacked choice. Even the indoor garage cans were overflowing. Gross. The workers at McDonald's were pleasant and they greeted us with a smile.

Jose mgr at McDonald's very unprofessional nasty rude asked and paid for double cheeseburger gave to me without it took it back behind the line just threw cheese on it and gave it back to me. Started to argue with me if I didn't want it to leave. I have never seen anyone take back food once customer touched it and nri g behind line again .I'm reporting this to health department as well

For a new rest stop it was great, however stalls are quite small especially if you have small child with you. NY definitely needs more employees at this place, but then again it's everywhere in NYS!!!!

Grabbed coffee and tea from McDonald's and visited the restrooms. The restrooms were overall clean, and the plaza had good choices of food available. It was late so the only thing that was open was McDonald's.

This is always our spot to stop on the way home. We miss our regular worker from the gas station :( He has moved on, but the other staff there are so friendly. This will always be out stop on the way home!

It’s on the smaller side. Clean. McDonalds is the only food establishment open, so it is busy during the day. Accesible parking.
