World class mountain bike park. Lots of variety and trails for every type of rider. If you haven't ridden here yet I'd recommend planning a trip. Definitely check out Cliff Clavin & Loamstar.

We travel the east coast going to all the bike parks each summer. Thunder mountain is at the top of our list for favorites. Beginner or advanced it's a cool mountain to ride. The trails are probably the best maintained we've seen second to Killington.

Thunder Mountain Bike Park has grown and evolved over the years, becoming a premier destination for mountain biking enthusiasts from all around the country. 🚴‍♀️💯 Its trails cater to riders of all levels, from beginners to seasoned pros, offering challenges and excitement for everyone. 🏔️🌟 As we descended down the trails, surrounded by the lush beauty of the landscape, I couldn’t help but be in awe of Mother Nature’s wonders. 🌲🏞️ The park’s commitment to conservation and preserving the environment is truly commendable, allowing us to enjoy our passion for biking while respecting and protecting the natural surroundings. 🌱💚

The trails were in great shape in mid-June. Unfortunately, Hawleywood had not opened for the season.

One of the best mountain bike parks on the east coast, we drive over 3 hours just to ride here.

Always a fantastic time. Took my youngest here for a private lesson and he had a great time - Luke was a fantastic coach. The service all around was excellent. Going on a Monday when rain was in the forecast was excellent - zero lines, and it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. The trails were in great shape.

I moved to MD from CT recently but I am physically incapable of visiting my family without coming here. This park absolutely exceeds other parks I’ve been to. Trails are very well groomed. The green circle “Sugar Line” is an amazing beginner trail that not only made it possible for my brother who is relatively new to ride but the trail is super fun and has tons of “shortcuts” that I could take advantage of and still have a fun riding experience. The staff are super cool and helpful and willing to answer questions/ concerns. Overall, I have yet to have a bike park experience that comes close to Thunder.

What a blast! Trails for all levels, endless berms, just awesome. Downhill rental gear was fantastic and well tuned. Great selection of beers and good food when you're done too.

This Park has come such a long way since it first opened. Trail crew does an epic job on keeping the trials flowing. Cat & Mouse is epic! If you think it is boring, go faster!! There are soooo many options, let your imagination do the riding for you.

👍👍 This mountain coaster is the best that I have ever ridden. The climb is relaxing and calm and the ride down is full of great twists and turns that you take at your own speed controlled by two hand breaks. Everyone in our group loved it and wanted to ride a second time. I look forward to our next tri...

👍👍 Been renting here for years! Wonderful staff, tubes and food! Owner is amazing! But a word to the wise or newcomers...do NOT Assume you know this river! If your not the best swimmer they rent life jackets as well. Kids under 15 really have no business on the river especially not in a life vest. I re...

👍👍 It is a very beautiful covered bridge in Charlmont, MA. It has a very beautiful waterfall right beside it with a nice stream. It is right down the road from the Charlmont fairgrounds. It has a nice viewing area right next to it but you would have to park not to far away from it at the fairgrounds. Y...
