Really enjoyed this Chinese. Friendly staff and ready for collection in 20 mins. Good portion sizes. Best salt and pepper chips I've had in a while. Plenty of veggie options as you can get tofu or vegetables as an option for any dish.

Popped in here after spending 6 hrs in A & E with my wife. We were starving! 1st time ever at Hello 7, as we're from Chester le St. Place was spotless & the service was very good. A friendly guy was on the till. We hurried home & enjoyed the food. House special Chow Mein was very good.

First time ordering a takeaway from Hello 7 and it certainly won’t be the last! Delicious food, plenty of choices and an amazing gluten free selection! Highly recommend trying Hello 7, especially if you’re coeliac!

Second time this has happened where food was missing. It’s very annoying when you order a takeaway on a Saturday night and you only get the chips without the chicken. I spoke to someone on the phone, instead of offering to send me the full meal again, I had to eat the chips on their own, and I’m still waiting for my chicken. Definitely not the best service, and this is the second time it’s happened. The food is always delicious, and this is my favourite Chinese, but I’m disappointed again. I have to eat my food separately.

Sorry to say this but we have been very disappointed with our sharing box tonight. There was no choice of sauce(although the curry sauce was nice) the ribs were dry the spring rolls were not very good,the salt and pepper chicken was very dry. The chips ,rice and chow mein were good. I don't think we'll be ordering again.

Has to be the worst Chinese I have had in a very long time. Ordered house special fried rice, no peas or ham and Singapore chow mien. Rice came with peas and ham, deffo not fried rice, stoggy boiled rice over cooked with some scrambled egg put in. Singapore chow mien was bland, no heat or spice what so ever. Given the rest of your reviews you need to stop apologising and pick your game up. Peking House miles ahead on service and taste. We won’t be back.
