A great day out today. Loads to do at holmside park, but today they have pumpkin carving too for Halloween. For 3 quid you get to pick your own pumpkin from the field, scoop it out and carve a face into it (and take it home). After that it's the usual choice of outdoor play, giant air pillow bouncy thing, pedal cars, helicopter and fire engine to climb in. Inside they have a huge inflatable area, roller skating, table tennis, Basketball and indoor soft play for the younger kids. Only problem was we waited over half an hour for our lunch to be served, but we were given an apology and 2 hot drinks free by way of compensation, which was a nice touch. Despite it being busy, everything was very clean and the staff were all super friendly. I'd advise you pre book to avoid filling in all the waiver forms when you get there as it took a while to get in when we arrived.

Great place to take the kids on a cold January day. Only downside is my daughter though I said we were going to Homicide Park 🤣 There's loads more to do outside so will have to return on a sunny day

Amazing place we went on a school day so we had the full park to ourselves!! The kids absolutely loved it and want to return asap 😀 food was affordable and very nice, the inflatable assault course was great for all the family even my toddler had a crack 🤣 couldn't recommend this place more, staff were helpful and great with the kids! Well be back very soon 😁

Great Place, would highly recommend for a lovely family day out. There is a little roller skating rink, archery ( indoor & outdoor ) ping pong and a football table, large inflatable assault course, indoor play area, cafe, outside- Fort, park areas, picnic areas, mini electric bumper cars, large air pillow to bounce on, peddle go-cart track (small and large), outdoor jenger, real fire engine and helicopter for kids to explore and sirens etc, picnic kiosks and they are still building climbing frames and play areas. There was also a little dinosaur trail but it was closed on the day we went. Staff were lovely, cafe is very basic but cheap, you are allowed to bring your own food and sit out in the picnic area. You need to book before you go then when you arrive you need to sign a waver and they give you socks and a brief chat about rules and safety then you can go and have fun. I think I've managed to mention most if not all things to do there. I'm sure you will have a lovely time just as we did with my Grandkids aged 12, 7, 6, 4 yrs old.

My son was sleeping in the car so I quickly checked with reception to see if there was space as the car park was rather full. The lady on the desk was super friendly and helpful and informed that we had to book online but she'd sort it on the computer when we came in. You walk in and there's a huge soft play which is great. Walk through the doors and you go out into a continuous trail of fun and exciting things for the kids to do and play on. Castle Park with lots of tunnels and slides. Swings, go karting, assault courses, sand pits, bubble bounce pillows, helicopter, fire engine, zip lines - hours and hours of fun. We will definitely be returning.

We visited Holmside Park. For the first time, on Mother's day. We had the Best day! Our Little explorer thoroughly enjoyed the dinosaurs! It was fun to spend the day as a family. The facilities are fantastic. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. We didn't want the day to end! Definitely recommend! And we'll be back, very soon!

Holmside Park is great. Although there was not very much activity for my 21 month old daughter. I think the Park will be more enjoyable to a child from age 4 upward. There were some donkeys and horses outside the park for sightseeing 😆. Overall great place.

We visited on one of your Christmas days and even though it rained we enjoyed the outdoor facilities just as much as the indoor. We had so much fun as a family and look forward to returning.

Excellent day out for all the family. We have a 13,11,8 and 3yr old and there is something to keep them all entertained. Great activities both inside and out and love that there is no time limit! Have attended multiple times now and the kids always ask if they can go. Cafe serves lovely food - proper meals and the milkshakes are always a hit as well. Some brilliant additions to the offering this year so we will definitely be back again. Only complaint would be that for the size of the place there should be more toilet facilities but other than that it's fab! Highly recommend a visit

Can't fault the things to do here was absolutely amazing, so much fun for the kids and the adults!! Cleanliness was a disappointment as Highchairs and tables hadn't been cleaned and hardly no one was there so god knows how long they hadn't been cleaned for whilst the staff just stood chatting, the staff don't have a clue about allergies and food which was a huge disappointment as they should he trained and updated on allergens etc. I will happily go back again but with my own food for my son and some cleaning products 😅 would of loved to give this place a 5 star but staff let it down for our first visit 😣

Our (just turned) 3 year old enjoyed it here. Although admittedly it was mainly due to the soft play. This was a decent soft play. We had a wonder around the rest of park and it was ok. Fire engine and helicopter worth a visit. Overall, I feel the park is mainly aimed at older children. The castle with the slide was a bit sad, nothing interactive on it to actually keep the kids entertained or encourage role play. She didn’t enjoy this very much. The outdoor bouncy pillow wasn’t used as it was a wet day when we visited - no fault of the park, but worth thinking about what indoor activities there are before you visit. Dropped one star due to the poor value for money for a 3 year old with 2 additional paying adults. £9 child and £18 for 2 adults… £27 for soft play and a bit of outdoors space. I felt a bit ripped off paying for myself. Likely to return when the kids are older, as I think this would be better value

First time I've ever been and its only a 5minute drive away from where I live... we took our little boy for his 3rd birthday and a few of his little friends came too... and we all had the best day ever we got him a £9.00 ticket which that includes making your own pizza... which all children really enjoyed and including myself 🙂 but also got to play on climbing frames, soft play, ball pools huge amazing slideys, roller skating, the biggest bouncy castle I've ever seen, all the kids really enjoyed themselfs and so did all the adults too, such an amazing day had by all 😍😘 X

Kids loved it but could be improved by more supervision on rides and a map of activities. Loved the sock though

Kids love it! Only 1 downside, the cafe has too much echo, which makes it too noisy!

What a great day out everyone absolutely loved it. They have something for everyone! The staff were great easy to approach and never once got annoyed at the 101 questions we had. Would definitely be coming back a great homeschooling day out.

I had a good time at the soft play area! The vibrant atmosphere and exciting play structures kept me and my kids entertained for hours. The staff was incredibly helpful and always had a cheerful demeanor, making the experience even more enjoyable. The cafe was good. While the toilet hygiene wasn't the best, the overall fun and positive environment outweighed that downside. We can't wait to come back and play again!

Great for adults and the kids to do activities together. We always spend hours laughing and enjoying ourselves. Great way to tire the kids out and get them some exercise. Loads of different activities to enjoy.

Visited for the dino spectacular and had an absolutely brilliant time. The dinosaur displays are nicely spaced out to give people enough time before feeling the need to move on and the interactivity for kids is fantastic. The soft plat and inflatables are worth the entry price alone, I think we could have spent all day swapping between the two! The outside activities are also well spaced and large enough to handle busy periods. This was our second visit and we'll definitely be back again

The kids absolutely love this place. The only time I see the kids is when they're running back to the table for a drink, grinning and sweating and telling me what they'd been up to before sprinting off. You couldn't ask for more in burning off their energy. There's a good variety of indoor and outdoor activities, the staff are friendly and the café does a top notch Nutella milkshake, I'm pretty sure I'd travel the hour it takes us to get there just for that! 🤌🏼 It's also the perfect place to take a book whilst the kids (.. and boyfriend!) are preoccupied!

Amazing we visit often there's something for everyone even the adults. Fantastic value for money once you pay there is no time limit like most inflatable places. Staff are amazing with the kids too we've not met a bad one yet. Only downside is the food isn't great but you can bring your own

Visited today with my 2 grandchildren, particularly for the dinosaur event. I was very disappointed. A few of the dinosaur enclosures were empty and one had a coat and umbrella in it! The outside inflatable area was covered in bird poo and therefore we could not use it. The toilets inside were disgusting and the cafe sold the flattest brownies I've ever seen. However, all the staff were polite and professional. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Well impressed that Holmeside Park is a 15 minute drive from us. We spent 6 hours there and the children would have gladly stayed longer if we were able to. They all enjoyed the out side area first the helicopter, fire engine, knife throwing and pillow were a favourite. In doors they loved archery football giant inflatables and roller skating. We took a picnic and i enjoyed a coffee from the cafe while the children were playing. Great place to visit.

So much fun for all the family, loads to do, can easily spend the full day here, food was decent, plenty parking spaces, fairly priced for all of the activities on offer. Even if it's raining there's plenty inside to keep everyone occupied. one of my fave places to take the kids. (My pictures do not do it justice)
