    So the products are fine. But the staff did not seem to know whether their own store has a mother and baby room for changing diapers and breastfeeding. One of them offered me to go to the fitting room to breastfeed my kid, and when I arrived at the fitting room, the young man said there is a family washroom. I thought there would be a nice covered area with a couch, and NO, this was an actual just bathroom...... Well at this point my son was screaming with hunger so I SAT ON THE TOILET and breastfed my kid ..... Who wants to eat while being in the toilet?! You need a proper mother and baby room, not JUST a toilet for the mom to sit on .....

    Generally I love their large variety of styles, however, the price is not competitive. I had a poor customer service this time from this home sense store and wanted to share. I really liked the one cushion pair without tag. I checked other cushion pairs and it was all 24.99$ which I thought it was great deal! I went to cashier, no apologize for not having tag first and we waited to get answer from “someone”. We were told $69.99 for that one. There was no apology for inconvenience and there was no discount on that item for not having a tag. “Great” experience. I was reviewing two stars and now I changed it to one star because they are awful. Poor management and poor service, really really negatively impressed by this homesense store. We bought many pots this time, and they charged us for 8 pots and gave us 7 pots total instead. The cashier told us she forgot to scan one item. As we paid already that time and we had our kid with us, we decide to not having another transaction. After I got home, I checked the receipts and I found actually she charged for the pot that she said she hasn’t charged. Now we have to go back to store and prove and get the money back. I can’t describe more about this experience more than words. Just reminding other customers to be careful about this specific homesense store about fraud charge and always check you receipts if you are purchasing many items.

    Marshall’s price is twice the original price. 🤔. Asked employee about it. Said employee was Ignorant and confirmed they where ripping me off. Maybe remove the original price tag at least next time.

    Always a nice place where to kill some time and come out with something you were not looking for. A bit of feedback would be that most Winners, Home Sense, Marshalls and such stores are always a mess and have a lot of damaged product. So be careful when picking up something and double check it is not broken before taking it home

    The only good thing about this place were the products. Asked a manager if I can place a hold on a couch and she completely ignored me. An employee helped me with the couch up to the line, bought it. Then I find out there’s already a hold tagged on to it at the bottom of the couch. Despite the inconvenience one of the staff offered to give me a refund. And one of the workers at the decoration section just kept yelling at the employees their name. Felt like I was watching an episode of Beyond Scared Straight Karen Edition. I also heard one of the managers say “I thought you were better than that” to one of the cashiers. I had a better time with the staff than these “managers”. Absolute trash. Thanks for the products! Oh wait right I refunded.

    I LOVE Homesense but the people working at this location are the nicest and happiest bunch. UPDATE** My fave HS location! Always a good selection and great service. I have reviewed before but had to again after my awesome experience this past weekend. You you guys are doing a great job keeping things COVID friendly way to go! Picked up a beautiful gold planter for 9.99 and some cute Easter eggs with gold accents for $5.99. I also purchased a heavy credenza and two young ladies loaded it it up for me no problem.... very impressed. It was already discounted due to a large nick at the back but once it was in my car noticed an area on the front that definitely will need a touch up. I went back in and spoke to Heather she agreed it deserved more of a discount and gave me an additional $70 off, very nice of her! Can’t wait till they move across the street to the bigger space.

    Just came ot of Homsense Langley, we purchased some gifts and also a bag to carry the items in. The cashier was just watching me struggling with trying to get my items into the bag. It disgusted me that she didn't even offer to help rather stood there impatiently and then walked away. I'm disgusted with the customer service skills out there these days. I find that a lot in a certain age group of people in the service industry are rude and have no customer service skills. If you help the customer get through, your line up would move better.

    I was looking to purchase a table from this store which would have cost just under $400. Because the drawer did not sit flush - there appeared to be an issue with the track - I asked to speak to a manager about a discount on the item. After we showed the defect to the manager, she explained rather gruffly that it's not a deficiency, that it can't even be seen, that the "original" (read: suggested) sales price is $100 more than the current price, and therefore she wouldn't be giving a discount. Needless to say I was more than happy to leave the store empty handed. We won't be returning.

    Popular items are never in restocked.. for clothing all the XS and XXL sizes left and shoe selection is terrible and out of style! Prices are not competitive.. long line ups for check out at popular hours.

    Same as other recent reviews, I found very limited stock (understandable with the import issues these days). While their Christmas section was overflowing there was only a handful of Halloween early October! The staff are also pretty bad. While the ladies on the floor were polite there were 4 employees standing behind the checkout counter chatting with each other, while leaving one lady to struggle alone on the till as the line up to check out grew and grew. I simply put down my items and left. Went to a nearby Winners (as I still like the Winners/Homesense franchise) and had no issues.

    They have quite unique and good priced items in Home Sense. Marshall sides are a bit small and not organized as the Winners across the street. I would go here for the Home Sense side more.

    Best Home Sense I've ever been in!!!! SO MUCH awesome stuff. But... the line-up to pay was ridiculous, and only 3 cashiers so it was moving slooow, which saved me a lot of money because I put everything back.

    The store was clean in the aisles were okay. A lot of the shelves were stacked to full and if you touch one item Three Things fall off. I also was not impressed with the $0.55 bag they supplied me from behind the counter. It's not the 55 cents I cared about it was the size of this useless bag.

    Went to purchase an item but while waiting in the long line up and only 3 counters open,I looked online at the price... It was much cheaper online.     The blonde lady (I need to get your name and adjust this review) who is usually at the Marshall’s side tills/footwear is so sweet! (you knew the exact price of a pair of Uggs I “needed”!) She always in the best spirits, so helpful to us customers and as well as her coworkers. I have noticed several times up at the till her helping out, and experienced as well when being helped by another cashier. As for the store, I always leave with way too much. It’s clean, consistently stocked, organized in a beautiful way that makes sense! My dog loves all the employees attention and love also.

    I guess they've given up on Halloween.... October 2nd and hardly a skeleton to be found. Can we just get through one holiday before you shove another down our throats while simultaneously forgetting Thanksgiving and Veterans Day. We get that Christmas is your most profitable time of the year; Extending that far beyond the season to reap capital gain is in horrible taste. Shame on you guys.

    Great selection of home decor and unbeatable prices make this a good store to shop. You have to hunt sometimes to find exactly what your looking for but the price is worth it. There is a bathroom inside and couches for the men who wait for there wives.

    If you’re moving into a new home, and require some home decor along with some kitchen essentials - I definitely recommend visiting HomeSense. You can get more for you buck compared to stores such as Bed Bath & Beyond. Best of all, you can find a lot of the similar products / brands that are available at BBB at HomeSense as well for a lot cheaper.

    The store has one of the best collection of home decor. We have never been whenever I we went to make a purchase. The store layout is amazing and it’s a huge store. I also like the fact that they are very stocked up according to any themes! I love the kitchen collection huge variety excellent quality and multiple colours to choose from.
