I had my furbabies groomed by the girls at PETstock Carrum downs and they followed my instructions perfectly. I am one happy fur mum and I will be staying with the girls for all my furbabies grooming needs. I highly recommend going there for all your pet babies needs.

For a store that caters to pet lovers, its a pity more emphasis is not placed on caring for the environment. Not one single bin for the public, there is horrendous amounts of litter including plastics in the car park. But go to the back and it is unimaginably shocking. Petstock as a tenant and as animal lovers need to be actively voicing their concern rather than shrug and insist it has nothing to do with the store. So ought their customers UPDATE I now want to applaud this store for taking real, continual steps to help the environment. Not only is the rear of the store kept extremely clean, they continue to lobby the landlord of this large strip of stores but local authorities too. I am extremely impressed with their actions! Bravo. The changes are noticeable and appreciated.

Thank you to all the staff at Petstock Carrum Downs who went above and beyond when we had to put my poor Bella to sleep. Because of you, I have keepsakes like ink prints of her little paws and a bit of her fur. I appreciate the handwritten card that you mailed to me along with a poem that brought tears to me eyes and a packet of flower seeds to make Bella's resting place extra special. It has been so hard to lose a pet who has been part of the family but you have shown me so much compassion that I didn't expect from a Petstock and I will be forever grateful 🙏

I Took my very anxious Dog today to have his nails clipped. He has to be sedated for this. They rang me to pick him up and I said I would be running late. The lady on the phone said no worries all good. When I got there the Vet came out with my dog and very rudely said that they need to know when customers run late I then proceeded to tell her that I did that she then I’m a very rude manner said that my dog had disrupted the day for them as he almost broke one of the cages and someone had to stand with him for a hour Well as far as I’m concerned that is your Job Lady. I’m taking my dog to you for care and I’m paying a huge amount for his procedure so I’m sorry this is just discusting practice. And then she says I should of told them that my dog was anxious Well I did tell the other vet just that when I took him in and also he did not have the correct information on his computer for my dog who has been there a few times. Well won’t be getting my business from now on and I will be telling my family and friends to stay away. Thanks for nothing🤬 It’s seems to me this is just a big money making organisation with no Animal care . Very sad indeed😫

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Young guy took his time helping fit out our dogs with harnesses. He was very knowledgeable. Never hesitate go there if you want good service.

This is a great business with everything you could need for whatever pet you have. With onsite veterinary staff, you can really call this a one-stop shop. There is ample parking located on an easily accessible lot, i will also state that they are quite competitive in their pricing.

Had my puppy’s nails clipped for the first time here, they offer walk-ins for clipping services, the girls were so friendly and caring would definitely recommend!

I Love Petstock retail area and have only delt with the vet section twice for worming tablets on different occasions and both times the receptionist in vet section weren't helpful at all. They both seemed too busy to help,stressed out and not willing to provide a good customer service experience. It really just gets back to basics, smile, be kind and treat others how you would want to be treated!

Thank you so much for the time a variety of staff have put in to assist us in getting my daughters fish tank back to healthy. You have no idea how happy this makes a 12 year old girl.

Attended the vet with a sick cat. Multiple X-rays were taken, and other medications were provided. Was advised to return 3 days later for blood tests. A different vet at Petstock said the X-rays and treatment were a waste of time and money. Instead, she insisted the cat had to be euthanased, insisting that was all that could be done for him. A second opinion from a different practice sees the cat rehydrated and eating again, full of life and happy. Wasting $700+ on a confirmed wrong diagnosis by petstock vets is disgraceful and disgusting. Both vets need to quit and get jobs that don't involve animals. A refund of money for the admitted wrong diagnosis and negligence is expected. Avoid petstock vets AT ALL COSTS!

Very good service. The staff ask you questions about your pets/set up and see if there are other options. I've been coming here for years but the only issue is that they run out of the chicken feed that my girls like or some of the items I need they don't stock. The shop is pretty clean send easy to get around.

We went into store end of last week to purchase a calming product for our new puppy and was advised/ recommended to purchase the Adaptil Transport ($77) as the shop assistant said it’s fantastic and her product lasted over 18 months and still has product left over. We opened the product and noticed the seal was broken and a lot of the product was already gone. We have used the spray once since (4-5 sprays max) We went into store to show the assistants how much liquid has gone and their was 4 shop assistants which all advised they cannot exchange the product and advised there is nothing they are able to do. The service was appalling and all the shop assistants were trying to handball the responsibility. In addition, we have since had a look at this product online and the price is around $40-$50 max when we paid $77.00. Very disappointed with lack of customer service and absolutely no resolution.

absolutely horrible service in the vet department, google searched symptoms right in front of me and DIAGNOSED my puppy of being blind permanently. i wouldn’t even give this place one star. take your dog somewhere where else, huge waste of money and time… absolutely disgusting. later found out that my puppy was just suffering minor inflammation of the eye, by a specialist.

I’ve been to the vet multiple times for my dog And they are absolutely fantastic! My dog gets quite scared and they ladies who handled him took such care and were so gentle. We also did the puppy school here and it taught him so much but was also good to mingle with other puppies. The store itself is well set out and super clean.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, I've been served by many and they are all great. There's a good variety available and the loyalty program (which is free) is well worth joining. Some items seem overpriced but I've never had an issue with quality.

Pets tock prices always get me, they're higher than all other petstores I've been to. Being local to me, they get me out of trouble when I need stock. Always happy staff willing to help and always engaging with my pets needs.

Warning: This business just punishes you for having pets. We've been loyal customers and even that's nothing to them because they don't really care about you or your pets, all they care is your money to begin with. One star would be too high for these people. We just wanted to return a product that obviously wasn't working for us and they refused to give a refund. The only place I've heard who doesn't believe in customer satisfaction. Just WOW! The product we bought has a '2 Year Guarantee' labelled on it and still it means nothing. That Jackie and the other lady at the counter were both cold, unapologetic and ruthless! I don't know how you people even sleep. We're never ever coming back to this place or purchase anything from them online ever again.

Tried purchasing an item for same day delivery. Seven hours later gets cancelled as they didn't actually have the item. Phone call from the store telling me they have one left in a smaller size, and they're putting it through now and should be with me any minute now. Never arrives. Ring the next morning. Try telling me its Doordash's fault even though I've ordered through your website. Tell me to speak to Doordash. I ask what number to call them on and what reference number I would need - they don't know. Ask if I can just come and pick it up now. No, it would make things too difficult when Doordash turn up to pick it up. What if we just cancel the order and enter it again? No it would take too long. Awful service.

Went here to see Dr. Albert Lim for my dogs check up and was impressed with his professionism. He addressed all of our concerns and his explanations are clear and concise. He also provides effective and reasonable solutions to address our dogs problems. I would recommend him if you need a good and reliable vet. Finally the supporting staff were friendly and made our whole experience comfortable.

Finally was able to have my dogs groomed during lock down.

I took my dog to their groomers and I specifically instructed them to where they should trim and they ensured me that they understood where to trim. When I took my dog home, I saw that they've shaved all his hair under his stomach and that has caused my dog a skin rash. You'd think at a pet store franchise you'll have experienced groomers. But they've given me reasons to think otherwise. They should really do a quality service check. Especially since they're taking care of someone's pet.

Excellent vet clinic. It was a great experience for me dealing with the most amazing vet and nurse team with compassion and experiences. It was a very difficult and dark period for us to see our baby/dog going through the life threatening situation with complex and multiple underlying issues coupled with the old age. We almost lost him but he pulled through with the support and care from this clinic. We couldn't be more grateful to the team here and their support during this time. With the vet advice on the care moving forward, my dog had recovered and doing very well at the moment with no further episode, having a quality life and bouncing around.

They have everything! And importantly great, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff who are willing to spend time with you to be sure you buy the right things that you need for your pet.

Went in @ 6.55pm tonight. Had a aquarium issue and required a new filter. Got served straight away by Andrew. He asked relevant questions about the size of tank, litres etc. Went through the sizes available. At anytime I didn't fill I was being rushed due to the closed at this stage. Great customer service by Andrew

Large range but expensive. Happy to price match but takes the staff ages to do this so why not offer customers more competitive pricing to save them time? Often only one maybe two staff at registers as well so often a wait for services during peak times.
