Its very hot inside, not comfortable to stay in lobby and restaurant on first floor. Restaurant on fist floor has very strict menu. Other restaurant on 7th floor doesn't work on weekdays.

Service is good. Breakfast not bad but I saw better ones. Spa water was little cold the ones that I was before was hotter. Not sure but blankets was too noisy. I was getting up each time when I was moving in bed during the night. Took massage was super relaxing. massage ladies were from Bali. It was nice surprise

Spa services is separately for family members. That is not acceptable. Those who are using toilet in the room at risk because of bathroom door. Bad noise isolation between rooms. Room service menu with a lot of mistakes in prices. Absolutely Unsafe walking roads in Park. Food not so tasty

We wait 25 min for a tea in the restaurant and left without tea. Other customers also faced the same problem ( But hotel is good 👍

Amazing place to stay. Waiters are professional and very fast! SPA is clean, elegant and I was grateful for massage services of Ari (a girl from Indonesia) and receptionist Elnur gave all required guidance on different types of services! Breakfast was delicious and full of different types of bakery, sausages, jams and cords, pancakes! You name it! One thing I will definitely say that: I will be back!

What a lovely resort. Wish we stayed here a bit longer. The spa services are amazing and the property is very clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome and had plenty of selections. The food was good too. Overall a very good stay.

Comfortable hotel with good service, comfortable rooms and design. SPA center and pool with wide service's. But is far from the Lankoran city center and located in the countryside. beautiful nature.

I had a fantastic stay at Lankaran Springs. The highlight was the spa treatment. I opted for the sultan package and was treated to a couple of hours of brilliant services by Saur. I couldn't possibly have asked for anything more from Saur. He was attentive, professional, and very good at his job. The rest of the spa team were also great and arranged an additional service I could share with my partner. The hotel felt luxurious and the surroundings were very relaxing. The grounds offer various outdoor spaces to relax. Overall a great stay but the highlight was the sultan package delivered by Saur.

Very nice hotel offering medical procedures and full boarding. Delicious food in the restaurant and buffet. Kids may enjoy kids center and entertainment center with bowling and other leisure. The area around the hotel is very green and beautiful.

Perfect experience! I don’t have enough words to describe my stay at this resort but I will mention few. I really enjoyed staying at Spring wellness resort. I recommend everyone to stay in here whether you are ill or not. The cleanliness level is outstanding especially the rooms and lobbies. The room furnitures are new and comfortable. I didn’t use the wellness center service but it was so much fun. There is everything for your stay from bowling to indoor-outdoor pools, spa and much more. This service at this price is amazing and recommended everyone to have a visit. Special thanks to the hotel and restaurant staff. Appreciate your service!

Try the Turkish bath, it was an amazing experience with the kissa (cleaning scrub) done by a guy called zaur he was a pro , Also the girls and guys on the spa and the clinic were all super nice , Masuma was so kind and professional and showed me and my wife the spa services Will be back next summer god willing

It needs to improve its restaraunt service, orders arrive very late. The reception service also need to improve the speed of meeting and checking in the guests.

xcellent facilities, friendly staff EXCEPT the young lady at the medical reception, but that in act is not a part of the hotel. Cozy, warm atmosphere. Value for money 100%

A difficult place to review. On regular days the place is quiet, relaxing and a lovely getaway from the city. The spa is great, the outdoor space beautiful and the surrounding woods and towns and citrus farms are fantastic. The rooms are clean, with lovely balconies. But on holidays the place is stressful. Children run and yell in every part of the hotel, and the sound insulation between the rooms is not good. There is obnoxiously loud live music with a screaming clown in both dining rooms and if you have kids it is great, but difficult if you don’t. I recommended this place to friends and feel terrible that they spent so much money (prices were double because of the holiday) So, if you have kids, bring them any time, if you want to relax, check the dates carefully.
