Sad
to
have
even
given
this
place
a
single
star..
After
checking
in,
we
headed
to
our
room
to
find
the
key
slot
beaten
&
smashed..
took
5
minutes
to
get
card
in
&
open
the
door.
We
were
greeted
with
a
frigid
breeze,
musty-mildew
urine
smell,
busted
lamp
shades,
broken
heater
unit,
blood
stained
sheets
and
an
all
around
dirty
room.
We
turned
right
back
around
and
exited
the
room
in
less
than
2
minutes.
After
demanding
a
refund
and
told
we
were
granted
so,
I
have
yet
to
see
the
$150
posted
back
into
my
account.
Contacted
&
spoke
with
the
manager,
Raj,
multiple
times
and
even
went
as
far
as
speaking
with
corporate
customer
care
as
well-
no
one
was
willing
to
help.
I
took
the
signed
receipt
(by
front
desk
employee
stating
the
amount
was
refunded)
to
my
bank
and
had
to
file
a
despute.
After
leaving
to
stay
a
few
miles
away
at
a
different
hotel,
was
told
homeless
people
vacate
Super
8..
We
stayed
at
Red
Roof
Inn
for
$30
cheaper,
and
had
a
wonderful
experience.
Freshly
remodeled
&
clean
room,
extremely
friendly
staff,
and
close
to
campus.
We
will
never
stay
at
ANY
Super
8
chain
again.
