Awesome gym in the heart of Luang Prabang. It had all the equipment you need (free weights, squat rack and mixer equipment), was super clean. You can't go wrong at 40,000 Kip for a day pass!

Sabaidee. This gym is hands down the BEST gym in Luang Prabang. (And I’ve been to a number of them.) The building is newish and spacious. It’s well kept up. The equipment (machines and free weights) is modern and plentiful. And the manager/owner Bo and the staff are great. You can work out for 30,000 kip for the day or get a month for 300,000 kip. And they provide you with a free bottle of water when you work out! Definitely THE best place to get a good work out in this town of Big Buddha.🤩🤗🤩🤗

This is a great budget gym and best of all for tourists, they offer a really cheap day pass. It's 50,000 kip, 10,000 of which is a deposit you'll get back when you return the card. It's not a perfect gym, but they had the equipment I'd expect to find in a London gym. Including a great selection of dumbbells. A few more kettle bells would have been nice, but it's a crazy cheap place that opens nice and early and is only about a 20-minute brisk walk from the main accommodation area of the city.

Best gym in Luang Prabang! Superrrrr cheap, around €1.50 for a day pass. The staff are lovely and keep the gym spotlessly clean. Such a wide range of machines to use, nearly every machine I could think of is here minus the stair master ( I’m not complaining, that machine is satan in disguise). The only thing I would note is that there is no air-con here, only fans. Unfortunately, this means that you leave covered in enough sweat to fill a small child’s blow up pool.

Nice gym in good condition with good machines and fair price for 30000 Kip. For me best alternative in Luang Prabang. Unfortunately no protein available when I was there.

This gym is well run and well managed and well equipped. You can pay daily, weekly or monthly. They have most/all of the bases covered. You will find most/all of what you need here.

Excellent gym and reasonable entry fee - 30,000 Kip! Modern and clean equipment, not too busy and a nice big space. One of the best gyms we’ve been too in our travels around Asia!

Really great gym, plenty of equipment and very well maintained. Super fair price and not crowded. You can buy a one day ticket and be in in about 10 seconds after you cross the main door, absolutely hassle-free.

In short....top! A big hall with a nice variety of equipment. For one day (40000kip) I had to pay 50000 kip (10000 kip for the card). For that price I could use the locker room, towls and equipment. What more can I ask for 😉 The hall has no air-con but ventilators all over. The staff walks around and cleans and disinfect everything. The staff was friendly.

Good clean gym, modern equipment. Towel provided. 30,000 Kip plus 10,000 entry card deposit for scanning at the turnstile to enter and exit, refunded when returning the card. Fans, no AC so ensure your either take water or have extra money to buy water there.

Very decent gym in Luang Prabang. As of August 2023 it is 30k + 10k entry card deposit. The card allows you to visit as much as you'd like within that SAME DAY (not 34hrs). The gym is essentially a large warehouse with a good range of new machines and a decent size functional area. They even have monkey bars which is nice. The dumbells are of good quality and well organised and go up to 50kg.

Casual entry is about 35000 K + locker card deposit of 10000 K (which is given back on exit from gym). You get a sweat towel and locker to store your valued items is located just inside of entrance. Gym is little removed from old town area. Get a short tuk tuk or car (use local ride share app Loca). The gym has a large selection of machines, free weights and functional fitness area. Plenty of fans but no AC. Oh dear, a bit sweaty for foreigners. But, when in Lao, do as the locals do. Don’t worry you will survive. Will be back. :)

Great gym and great price!! The owners are super cool too. Rare to find such a clean, well maintained gym with all the equipment you could possibly wish for. This is a world-class gym for sure.

Good fitness studio. It cost 30.000 per person + 10.000 deposit for the card. When you return the card you get the deposit back. They sell water. Big cold water is 7.000 kip. There are small lockers for your belongings.

All equipment is in good condition and pretty new. Stations are set up far enough apart that the gym never feels crowded. Day passes are 20k, so you're getting bang for your buck here.

Really great gym in LPB. We equipped. Only real improvement is to get a better squat rack with more adjustable heights, but other than that great place to workout for a cheap price

What an awesome gym!! Warehouse size. Very spacious, with good air circulation. No need for aircon, plenty of wall fans spread out around the gym and work stations. New equipment that's well maintained. Very clean gym and facilities. 30k for a single day use + a free 600ml water. Free lockers(not really needed), wifi and towels. Water available to purchase. There's a 10k deposit for an access card which was refunded when I left. It is a little bit far from the centre/tourist areas. 35 min walk from the hotel I stayed at. Which was a great warm up. Grab a (rented) bike or hire a tuk tuk if a walk doesn't suit you. Just be aware there are a few street dogs along the way if you do decide to walk. Top gym, definitely recommend. I'll definitely be using this gym during my stay in Luang Prabang.
