This is a very beautiful location. Be warned that there are a ton of tourists here. We came and it was packed. That being said, if was very clean and most people were pretty under control. Mostly just taking photos. The usual backpacker crowd was being a bit loud, but it was nice. Very enjoyable.

Beautiful n interesting waterfalls. Half day tours are 100k kip pp including of hotel pickups/drop off. Most tours starts around 11am n allow 2 hours within the falls area. Entrance fee for foreigners are 25k pp. There is a free electric buggy svs that send us direct to the entrance of the falls. This was clean n convenient. Lots of small F&b stalls near the entrance where you can buy yr drinks n snacks. Walk up to the topmost beautiful waterfall was not too exhausting; you can opt to stop at any level to hv a breather or drinks & snacks. There is a large outlet to buy these within the falls area, so you need not bring any if you do not wish to carry them up to the falls. Swimming is only allowed at specific areas, but not allowed at the topmost falls. The rocks are slippery, so do be careful. Water was refreshingly cool, many areas along the falls are shaded by the natural foliage.

The ticket Office sells entry tickets to the park, bear park, waterfall, walking trails etc all in one ticket. This ticket includes a lovely electric shuttle car to the park entrance. Unfortunately the taxis from Luang Prabang do not allow enough time for enjoying all the park has to offer. We would have liked to have spent more time at the entrance experiencing all that the village was offering. But the taxis did not allow flexible travel times.

Magnificent yet heavily touristic piece of nature. There is a bear sanctuary along the path. 🐻

The waterfall is beautiful but the surrounding environment is dirty and the road to the waterfall is very rough and needs repairing.

Very nice waterfall. The view is fantastic especially after a heavy rainfall and during the rainy seasons. They have shifted the entrance further back and the ticket will include a ride to and fro to the start of the trial leading to the waterfall on an electric cart.

Beautiful falls, one of Laos's gems. Make sure to travel there in the dry season. They have a bear sanctuary and a butterflies park nearby that was lovely as well.

Many tourists, yet well worth seeing even though foreigners pay a higher fee typical of Laos - 20K KIP and 5K KIP motorcycle parking. Sadly I missed the sign/path to trek to the top of the falls. The lower path walk was enjoyable and ended at the exit - convenient.
