stay
at
this
hotel
every
time
i
go
back
to
Laos.
I
enjoy
the
facilities
that
the
hotel
has
to
offer.
The
room
is
nice
and
clean
and
everything
works
well.
The
main
feedback
that
I
would
like
to
give
to
this
hotel
is
about
the
front
office
team.
They
don’t
have
the
customer
service
skills
I
would
expect
for
such
a
big
chain
hotel
like
IHG.
I
arrived
at
the
hotel,
walked
to
the
check-in
desk
and
the
front
office
agent
did
not
greet
or
say
a
word
to
me
at
all!
I
had
to
awkwardly
say
hi
to
him
and
tell
him
that
i’m
here
to
check
in.
I’ve
been
to
so
many
places
and
stayed
at
so
many
IHG
hotels
and
never
felt
so
unwelcome
before.
That
morning
was
a
quiet
morning,
there
were
no
other
guests
in
the
queue.
I
just
feel
like
for
the
price
and
the
reputation
of
IHG
hotels,
Crowne
Vientiane
front
office
team
is
below
the
standard.
The
F&B
and
the
spa
teams
were
very
lovely.
I
really
enjoyed
their
hospitality.
I
did
provide
this
feedback
to
the
duty
manager
before
i
check
out.
Hopefully,
they
will
address
the
issue
with
their
front
office
team.
