Went 3 times this week to try this gum in order to get a membership, service is good but spoiled by someone at the entry, probably a coach due to his physics, very rude person and not accommodating at all. One day we been asked a deposit of 100,000, another day 150,000 without any explanation. That is a shame because the rest of the staff were adorable. I have no issue paying a deposit even if 500,000 but there is a way to talk to people.

Unfortunately your prices have gone to such a level, is no longer my happy place. It makes me sad. I spent many a great workout, friendly chat and meal there over the years. (165,000 Kip for a day pass) You’ve priced out a lot of people I’m sure. There are just a good gyms for 20-40,000 Kip a visit. 20,000 gets you the basics at Vientiane Fitness Center or JP fitness centre with A/C and new equipment for 40,000 Kip. Will be placing on Google also.

Sorry, I gave this place a 5 star review last year, and I came every day. Since then, they have done some great remodeling. It's clean and friendly, but they raised the prices to double!!! So, I went one time, and this may be the last time I will go to Sengdara. I understand if you raise the price a little, but if you double it, then you will lose customers.

Stay fit and healthy mindset. It's really wise to take care of your body not because of personal reason but also on how you can inspire others to do so. Sengdara Fitness is a perfect place to go on your fitness schedule. Upgraded and beautifully managed.

Signed up for a one-year membership. No friendly, welcoming, or responsive service mentality of many of the staff. Signed up for a one-month membership for my daughter later. After one month they refused to pay back my deposit for my daughter. No fun to go there at all. Will not come back and will not recommend this place at all!

A bit pricey. Well maintained equipment. Towels are past worn and smelly. The locker/shower room is quite small and cramped. The pool is adequate but usually crowded with children. If you use the gym expect the pool area to be overrun with young students who use the pool for classes. Nice sauna. Not really many options in Vientiane...either pay excessive for Sengdara or use other gyms that are much lower in quality.

It was a pretty good experience. The treamills were very modern. I had difficultly finding a good place to do floor exercises. I like it when gyms have yoga mats for stretching and abs. The pool was nice, but not clean compared to pools in the U.S. i think gyms in America are cheaper and nicer, but this place has everything you need. The staff was nice. I will probably try it again one day, but not as a regular.

I got stuck on a visa run and had a few days lay over in Vientiane (the worlds biggest ghost town). This place is perfect to kill a few hours in the day, with an big modern gym complete with pool, saunas/steam room etc. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Best fitness gym in Town. A bit pricey but worth the price I wouldn't recommend the massage though, they are too expensive for the quality.

I like it normally clean I usually go to the sauna after training and ask for 2 towels. then I get them normally. since today especially at only i got one. do not know why, an english employee said afterwards that it was not fair because many customers get 2 towels like I normally do. I think it's a shame for that price to be greedy for towels. But that randomness is sad and feel unfair. Also neck pad for squats missing ....
