My boyfriend and I both got facials and full-body massages. They took us to separate rooms which didn't bother me at all. I would say that out of all the places we've gotten spa services in Vientiane, this was top-tier! Please note that the prices here are slightly higher than what you'd pay in other places, but it's still a lot cheaper than what we'd spend at home. Also, it was worth every kip. The facilities were clean, serene, and the products they use are world-renowned. They say you'll see the benefits of a facial ~2 days later and my skin is still FLAWLESS a week later! They did such an amazing job. And, the massage was so relaxing. Just what I needed after a long day of walking and sight-seeing. We will most certainly return!

I had one of the best facial treatments I've ever had here, done by Chai. Everything was perfect from the lovely owners to the staff. The place is immaculately clean including the bathroom and the treatment spa room. The skincare products were of high quality. After my algae facial, my sensitive skin feels rejuvenated and much calmer. Overall great value. I highly recommend this place to pamper yourself!

I just found my new favorite facial in Vientiane! I had THE BEST body scrub + a signature facial in ages! The masseuses were attentive and professional. The owner is super friendly. The price is a bit on the high side for Vientiane but definitely worth it for the quality they provide. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable and just what I needed. I prefer facials with extractions but most places I looked into did not have this step. Lily Skincare did and I was happy with my find! More expensive than other places but apparently they use higher quality products from France. Not sure that the products make a difference but I enjoyed the experience.

This is by far the best and legit spa experience I’ve had around the region. I booked for 4hour session including facial and herbal ball massage. Nang provide good massage. She is attentive and dedicated to her work. Sweet receptionist gal Mayu is extremely helpful and direct me to an authentic restaurant for my dinner. I can’t wait to visit Laos again and revisit Lily Skincare. Keep up the amazing standard !

They are really helpful, personable. I get the algea facial twice a montha ans it really helps my redness and acne~ i feel so relaxed that i forget about the time when I am there. The staff is fantastic.

I got lao massage and basic facial spa. Massage was the best ever I got in Laos. Price overally more expensive than other spa or massage shop, but I think it’s to deserve such a price. Very clean, kind and skillful staff.

Omg what a wonderful experience We have just this minute left lily skincare and spa. Never felt so relax after a massage and amazing facial. Our skin feels like a baby’s bum. Only top quality products used and such professional people. The place is immaculate and lily is there personally to meet you. She has been opened for 18 years and has recently won an award which you can see from the photos. Honestly and truly. The best body massage and facial experience ever. We highly recommend.

I’m so glad I found this place. My face was so dry from the hot water in laos I looked everywhere for a facial and this place does the trick! Everyone was very welcoming and sweet. I told the lady about my skin problem here and she offered me a small trial size of moisturizer. How sweet is that?! I got a special facial and herbal massage which was sooo relaxing. The massage weren’t as painful as other places I go to but just the right pressure to make you feel good. The price was affordable in my opinion. If I ever visit laos again I would definitely come back here to try the other spa treatments they have

This place is extremely professional. There is air-conditioning, shower and many services. I personally got a traditional loa massage and my friend got a facial and a traditional. Both were excellent and I highly recommend.

I was reading about Lily Skincare & Spa on a blog and decided to get a facial and Manicure and Pedicure. I spent there three hours and I had the best facials so far. It was beating even my local spot in London and that means a lot. The staff is amazingly friendly and super relaxed! I couldn't recommend that place more. I'm super happy! Thank you so much xx

I like the environment in the store very much. The boss's wife and the staff are very enthusiastic. They went there for 2 days in a row for collagen facial massage and body scrub. I like it very much. I highly recommend it. 😽
