Great gym in the center of Vientiane. Perfect for one-time travellers to experience Thai Boxing(or Lao Boxing) as well as locals to get started on this sport. Trainers are professional yet friendly, and will push adapt the training to your level. No experience required and good for all ages. Group class at 5:30pm on weekdays for 60,000 Kip or private class at 100,000 Kip any time. Highly suggest private class. For mysterious reasons there is a real private jet parked outside the gym

Professional fighters as trainers. Whether you're looking to train as a fighter or just for a great workout, this is a great place to go. Minimal equipment, but enough. Tires to flip and one of the few places with a rope to climb. I recommend giving it a try.

My wife and I joined a session here during our travels to keep fit. The class was great and gave us an excellent sweat. The trainers are able to adjust accordingly to the individuals’ experience, and the club has a friendly and fun vibe. Certainly recommended, all equipment is provided too.

I had a great Muay Lao session at Infinity Club in Vientiane. The trainers were super friendly and very experienced. If you're into martial arts or even looking to try for first session I'd highly recommend.

It was a good experience to train there. The teachers where verry kind and know what they are doing.

Did a couples private session with the female trainer Phût. I thought it would be more fitness based, but she taught us so much and improved our punching and kicking. She’s great and very motivational. It was very hard but also very fun. Highly recommended! Will definitely be booking many more classes before leaving Laos!

Cheap, Coaches obviously very skilled fighters, but more Fitness than technique. They adapt a little to your Level but you will only burn a lot of calories and learn the basics

Excellent boxing gym!! The contact by WhatsApp was easy for book a private lesson the next day with my girlfriend. The coach was very good and made us work well (sorry gor our bad cardio 😅), all of that for a very fair price, thanks to the team, we loved it 🙏

Had a good session here, the trainer couldn't speak much English but it was enough for us to work it out. If this is your first time then perhaps ask for an English speaking trainer
