Very clean, pleasant place and great service. 🥰 They have comfortable seats inside. Ordered bacon & egg dijon, ham & cheese sandwiches. They were tasted ok, but only, as personally, I found the sauce a little greasy. 🤭 I got some donuts take-out. They were fresh and reasonably priced. We enjoyed them. I will try more flavors next visit. 🚶‍♀️

Tasty donuts. Sandwiches were big and tasty but feels a bit unhealthy—no veggies and minimal protein. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. Good place to have some donuts and drinks but not many options for a full meal.

These were some of the best donuts I’ve ever tried! They were light and airy, they didn’t feel oily or dense at all 🤤 We’ve tried “passionfruit gold”, “coffee glaze” and “pandan & lime”, the first one was one of the best flavours I’ve had in a doughnut. Coffee was very nice too, there were two types of beans to choose from and they delivered when we asked for more acidity. We ended up paying only 100k kip for 3 donuts, espresso and a pour-over, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff spoke English well, there’s free drinking water and a clean toilet.

This cafe is unrealistically good and was honestly a highlight of my time in Vientiane. I tried the coffee, tea, donuts, and sandwiches and had no complaint about any of them. The donuts are really good and I've tried a lot of donuts. The hibiscus flavor was my personal favorite. The prices are really fair for the location. The owner is a really cool guy to talk to and speaks great English. This is a small business striving for perfection, and while looking at the bookshelves, I discovered the owner was an engineer in a past life and applying his engineering mindset toward making his cafe better each day. There is so much attention to detail, and data logging that he does to engineer the perfect cafe experience. For those wondering, this place did not request/incentivise reviews (at least at time of writing), the high rating is actually earned. The business felt fully honest and like a labor of love, and that alone was a breath of fresh air and made the experience worthwhile.

Visited today to see what hype was all about. And I wasn't disappointed. The sandwiches are extraordinary, and the coffee was the best I've had in Laos. Absolutely a gem!

Excellent food and friendly service. This a particularly good place for me, as i have to find restaurants and cafes in Vientiane that do not use MSG... 😀

Exceptional place. We were looking for a cozy coffee to chill as it was very hot outside. This was exactly what we needed it. Coffee is excellent, we also had a hazelnut almond 🍩 and a ginger, cinamond juice (made my them). The juice was out of this world. Sitting area is small but cheek, beautiful decoration and good jazz music in the background. Please mind you will pay Western prices here, but happy do to so when quality and vibe is so well taken care. Hidden gem!!

Possibly the best donuts in the world... Glazed on ordering and I got a batch (1030am) that are freshly fried, still warm on the inside and with a delicate crust that will dissappear once it cools down in a few minutes... Highly recommend Salted caramel doughnut! Good coffee and also possibly the best warm sandwiches in town.

I have to agree with all the other reviewers when it comes to the best sandwiches in town. I've rarely tasted something so good in a simple meal. The coffee isn't bad either, but I was so impressed by the food that I couldn't make up my mind on whether the latte's milk was thick enough or not. All in all, a pleasant experience and a nice place to do some quick work, but part of the inside place is a little dark so I wouldn't recommend it for long bouts of work. Latte + ham&cheese sandwich + donut was 100k.

I can easily say they have the best donuts in Laos!! Toasties were yum! They ran out of chickpeas, but I got a custom made cheese & tomatoes 🥪 Coffee was delicious plus they have a few plant based milk options 🌱☕️ Cons: Service is a bit slow

Pleasant cafe! Menu had unusual flavours so we ordered almost every donut on the menu. Not cheap 1 donut = 1$, but worth it. Staff speaks English well

Amazingly delicious, properly made coffee and perfectly prepared doughnuts, without breaking the bank. The staff is very kind and speaks English really well. A real treasure of a gem in central Vientiane! 😍

There are many reasons to love this place. However for me the main reason is the couple who own the restaurant. Their modest welcoming smile when you enter the restaurant is what makes it special for me, as if I'm visiting friends. Perfect sandwiches, very good coffee, brioche dough donuts, nice and cozy atmosphere inside, big selection of coffee table books. It's just a perfect place to isolate for couple hours, do some work or enjoy being alone (big chance you will be as it's not a crowded place most of the time).

We had a great experience here. Very welcoming when we walked in. Beautiful fresh doughnuts with a lot of choice of flavours, all made to order. We had an original glazed and the special- Passion Fruit Curd with Gold Leaf. Amazing! 16,000kip each - Bargain. Plus the ambience was very chilled and relaxing. We recommend Sugamelt!

Watch out Joma. This place is BETTER! The egg and bacon sandwich is fantastic, the pickles are amazing, the donuts are delicious. Great atmosphere. There’s so much to like about this place. One of the best restaurants in VTE.

Cozy place. Love their donuts - freshly made and tasty. Coffee just OK. And thanks for the courtesy cup of coffee. Love your hospitality.

This is a suprisingly charming and tastefully decorated little coffee shop and lunch café! A real little hidden gem. The toasted sandwiches are delicious. The staff have savvy and speak good English. The coffee is home roasted and ground which releases some oils and is served strong. We requested a cup as opposed to the glass they serve it in.

Fabulous place - wish we had found it before our last day. Lovely guy serving us (lived in Sydney, so great English, which was nice!), great foot, nice atmosphere and decor. Nice book selection and a couple of toys for my toddler too. We went for the chickpea and aubergine toasty, and a salted caramel donut (glazed to order). All top class and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend giving it a go!
