I booked the sleeping night bus through Klook website. The office actually share the same building with Boss Legend hotel. Bus is very clean. You have to take off your shoes and they will give you a plastic bag to keep it. The bus departed on 10pm. Will stop once during the trip for you to buy food or go to toilet. Arrived at Sapa Green Bus office around 4am. They will let you sleep and wake you up on 6am.

I used Green Bus to go from Sapa to Hanoi and everything went perfect. MrHa (the driver) drove very smooth and good and Lightning (the bus guide) took care of every passenger all the time providing water and making sure everyone was in the bus before starting again the route. If I had to do again this route, I'd definitely choose Green bus!!

We travelled with Green Bus from Sapa to Hanoi with Tiny, a helpful kind girl who made our trip more easy-going! I recommend this company to travel because it gives you the opportunity of travelling while resting! It’s a marvelous idea of you have counted days to visit Vietnam!

Travelling on the Green bus was near flawless. We took the day bus sleeping seat option. We were picked up from our hotel at 9am in the old quarter and transferred to the big bus. The trip takes around 6 hours which is inclusive of two pit stops totalling 30minutes. The service was exceptional. The guides Jonas told us everything we needed to know leaving nothing to question. The roads and driving were all very smooth. Highly highly recommend. Definitely beats a very long overnight train ride in my opinion.

We had a good experience on the sleeping bus from Hanoi-Sapa. The crew is very friendly and you get 2 stops in between so you can use the toilet, stretch your legs and eat something. For a 6 hours drive, it was very comfortable. Name of the driver: Anh Host name: Tiny

Even though they were late to pick me up at the airport because of traffic jam, The reservation desk by email helped me a lot and immediatly. They were very kind for booking and replied with no delay. Bus driver and bus attendent was also good. If I go sapa, I would use this bus again. The picture is the second resting area.

The seats were comfortable and the ride was relatively smooth. We stopped at a rest area on the way there that had surprisingly tasty food. From the horror stories we read about the train, we would absolutely recommend using Green bus instead.

Single cabin price 450k, double cabin price 700k from Hanoi to Sapa. This is a big scam. Double cabin is the same cabin like single. I am 184cm and cannot straighten my legs. It is not comfortable for 2 people. We called the hotline to solve the circumstances. Bus crew is nice but doesn‘t care. They said that they are not responsible for the selling.

Lightening and Hegado were the two staff members who we drove with from Sapa to Hanoi. We received instructions in English and they were professional and courteous. The bus driver was one of the few that I had in Vietnam where I didn't feel as though I might die due to a crash. The bus itself was clean and there was more legroom than we had on previous sleepers. Highly recommend Green bus!

My first experience of a sleeping bus and it was a very great one to Sapa with this Green Bus, they were very helpful. Me and my friends were late because of the flight delay, but they still awaited for us like almost hour at the Airport. The little short hair cute girl who can speak English really fluent will help you guys for any questions related to the trip. Best Recommendation!

Took this bus from Sapa to Hanoi. Sleeper bus with adjustable seat/bed. Bus is very clean and each seat has its own USB charging point. Driver makes announcement in both Vietnamese and English which is helpful for tourists. There are 2 rest stops throughout the 6hour journey. However, long distance bus ride is not recommended for people with motion sickness....

We booked two trips with Kadham Bus from Hanoi to Sapa and back. The first trip went smoothly and the bus itself was clean, new and comfortable. However, on the return trip, we were diverted by Kadham Bus to join a different bus company, G8 Sapa Open Tour, without much explanation. The bus we were put on came one hour later than the trip we had booked with Kadham Bus, and is also a cheaper, less highly-rated service than what we had paid for. Initially, we were looking forward to the same good quality ride back from Sapa to Hanoi. We ended up being blind-sided without getting our money’s worth. Please be aware that this behaviour from the operators can likely reoccur without prior warning if they are unable to get enough passengers for a bus ride.
