#1 farm to table restaurant in Asia! Very friendly old couple running the place. You sit in little salas above there chicken yard. The food is great. Super tasty and big portions. We had shared a curry and went back the next day. I had a chicken sandwich and it was delicious and very big. Highly recommended.

Such a delicious food and nice people, I stayed around for two days, I used to go eat there every time. It’s so delicious with good prices. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had an amazing lunch there. The owners are so kind and absolutely adorable. The View and the whole restaurant looks great with an awesome view.

Excellent food! Awesome owner. All dishes were good and tasty. Their avertissement is fun and sure you’ll love it. We came back in the morning, pancakes were not the best but still deserve a 5 stars because they are really sweet and nice with us. Coffee was good !

This is definitely the best place in town. We ate here 3 times over our 2 nights in Ban Kong Lor. The flavor and the prices were much better than the guesthouse restaurants. The green curry soup was the best we've had in Laos. And the atmosphere set among the farm was perfect!

Honestly, this restaurant is amazing if you don't mind waiting a little bit longer for your food. The owners are an elderly couple, the lady is freshly cooking the dishes and the husband serves the food and loves to talk with guests. The portions are by far the biggest I have had in Laos (and all of SEA) and you can even ask more if it wasn't enough. But trust me, it will be. Apart from the size, it is also really delicious and the prices are more than reasonable for what you get. Must eat here when staying the night!

Highly recommend! The food is delicious and the portions are huge. They also have both Lao & Asian cuisine as well as Western stuff. Owners are super friendly and the seating area is wonderful!! You get to eat with a view of the mountains, away from the road. Super nice place 👍

Truly the best restaurant here. They love up to the name of their restaurant. (trust me when I say this.) Great Service, Nice Place, Nice People and Good Delicious Food 👌❤️ try their fried fiah with sweat sauce, tea, banana pancake. 🤤🤤

Highly recommend! During our time in Kong lor we ate here 4 out of 5 meals because its that good! Awesome outdoor seating area, the owners are so friendly and the food was incredible! Our recommendations are the green curry, pork basil, sticky rice, and the fruit shake. So so good!

Stopped by for breakfast as we didn't like the look of the prices where we were staying. We swung by around 7:30 and looked closed. Came back at about 8 and the woman was around and door open! So must open near 8ish! Banana pancake, banana smoothie, French toast and black coffee were all good. No need to use their 'If you aren't full you can have more for free' offer as we were very content! Lovely lady and the man speaks some English too :)

They have an offer that if you aren't full after your meal they will give you more. This definitely wasn't need as they are by far the biggest portions I've had in Laos! Run by a couple who were very friendly. Great food!

Great food, if it's not enough you can have extra for free. The breakfast the next day was also good. Would be nice if they didn't use plastic straws for the shakes. Otherwise a great place.

Fantastic food for fantastic price, the portions are huge. It’s was amazing, the fried rice, fried noodles and fries, super delicious. The place is also very cosy we spend a couple of hours after the meal, just to relax and enjoy that place. It’s like a little animal farm, the restaurant is located over the ground and you can see a lot of animals down there. Really beautiful place. Definitely want to come here again.

Following on from my previous review, we visited again for breakfast and it was amazing! The omelette was so nice and the chicken sandwich (as well as being much cheaper than other places serving breakfast in the area). Definitely visit on your way through and meet the kind and genuine owners who are so friendly and make the most delicious food!

Such a lovely couple and a great family restaurant. The owner has built it on stilts above his little farm area so there are baby chickens and small fish ponds to look at. This is not fast food, it’s a restaurant ran by an older couple. They are very helpful and the food is worth the wait!

We had breakfast there. The owners are super sweet and friendly. But the restaurant is a bit unclean. When I saw the kitchen, it was a total mess. The food was kind of Okay, but the mess killed me.

Absolutely delicious food, massive portions, cheap as well and the owners are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Already been back once. Vegetarian and vegan options available as well

After eating at our guesthouse, and the food was average, he came here twice. The food is very tasty. And the owners are kind and always with a smile. The terrace is so nice, like you are in a jungle. The fact that below the terrace they face catfish in the pond, chicken, ducks, and other animals is even more amazing.

Walk in, grab 2 beers, order the green curry and pick one of the tables overlooking the mountains and the tobacco fields, then just relax. I recommend going before it is crowded and when there is still enough light to enjoy the view.

Ate some of the nicest curry I’ve eaten my entire travels at this restaurant, number 9 on the menu, green curry. Lovely owners who are keen for a chat. Definitely head to this restaurant if in town!
