Incredible staff! Super friendly and helpful. Wide variety of metaphysical items. The vibes in there are amazing. Just being Surrounded by the energy of all the crystals almost brought me to tears. I felt calm but I could feel everything. Absolute must-go for crystal lovers in the Geelong area. I have also since placed a pick up order for two books, set of tarot cards and a mystery box with items chosen by my intentions. See last photo

Absolutely lovely store. The staff are welcoming and helpful but aren't hanging around you too much at all (great if you're more introverted and like browsing on your own or already know what you're looking for). Smells incredible inside, outstanding range of books, crystals and incense and has such a nice feel inside. I've ordered many times from them online but visiting in person was extra wonderful.

I discovered this place at the very end of 2019 and didn't get to visit before covid happened. I made a few mystery box orders online (with a theme and budget) as I was reacquainting myself with witchcraft and building up my collection. The customer service from Our Satellite Hearts goes above and beyond the recommended level. I actually don't believe I've experienced higher customer service than with this team of incredible individuals. I've since been able to visit their old store and their new, improved, larger and PINKER store. Much love for this store and all their amazing employees. I order online here all the time but today was my first time visiting the store as i live an hour away. It did not disappoint! The interior is beautiful, the washing machines and freezer being such a cool way to display things. They have a wide variety of crystals in different forms, lots of books, tarot, incense ect. The lady working was so friendly and helpful. Definitely would visit again!

Absolutely adorable. The atmosphere and scent emanating from this store drew me in and I loved every second of it. Staff were very friendly, however prices are quite high compared to others, especially in the crystal/geology space

Had the pleasant experience of meting Hayley and her lovely co-worker on today. Was browsing the store for Christmas presents for my brother. The service was top notch; they offered assistance and were super chill when I let them know I was just looking. The Wildberry incense is out of this world. I had no idea that such delicious smelling incense existed and it now has me questioning everything and wanting to bin all my candles. Again amazing service surrounding all the questions I had about incense. Its as expensive as any other crystal store, however, they stock some really cool and unique bits and pieces that I've never seen in a crystal store before (bottled boy tears, bad vibes repellent spray etc). Overall the aesthetic of this place is IMMACULATE and I don't say that lightly, every detail is so well thought out and executed. Matches the calming vibe, thanks guys, see you soon!

Such a bubbly, creative and truly unique store. I love its theme! Even if you're not that spiritual but love cute stuff it's worth having a check out if in the area. The staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming. They have such a large range of crystals, tarot decks, candles, books, incense and more. It's fun to browse. The girl who served me today in particular was absolutely lovely person inside and out. One of those people that are so nice you leave and think "aww they were such a sweet person". I went to find a heartfelt gift for someone else and she was so helpful and lovely. Never had a bad experienced and have shopped their since it was only a tiny, tiny store. The growth feels like it went so fast from that to what it is now. Which I think shows alot of positivity about the owner, the staff, product and the shop.

I love this store so much and cannot get enough of it! Such a unique and fun shopping experience. I’ve visited twice now; Tia and Georgia were so helpful yesterday afternoon while I collected a bounty of goodies, providing advice and information along the way. I don’t live in Geelong but would gladly drive across from Melbourne to visit again. Thank you so much! ✨

I had been wanting to go to OSH for a while and I’m so glad I managed to squeeze it in when visiting Geelong. I’ve even been back for a second visit within 6 weeks of my first visit! So many cool things to look at, learn and explore more of. I love the incense wall and I’m stocked up! The staff are always so lovely and friendly. This store is truely beautiful!

First time customer was so happy to receive my order, it came very quick and was packaged so beautifully with so many personal touches. It was for my birthday and it came in a cute box with lovely tissue paper, felt like a gift. Highly recommend.

I went on Tuesday looking for some crystals but I arrive the one of the ladies was busy and the other one pass walking at the other side of the shops and I have to raise my hand for her to see me and help me, when I asked her for help her attitude was “ whatever “ I don’t know, I will ask. And went I looked at her she has this weird look like she was in other planet ! At the end, I asked the lady with glasses she was more helpful and better customer service!. I am not sure what is going on with this shop !
