Just a lovely experience overall! I ordered a Lola yarn for the first time. Easy ordering, delivered within time the frame. But I didn’t understand the way the yarn was labeled when I received it. I emailed them and received a quick reply to explain what I had ordered. They also went above and beyond to explain everything so I could understand how to work the yarn lengths out. I am obsessed with bmy - some if the best selection of scheepjes yarns, and also the only place that I know of to get garnmanufaktur brand in aus, with an insane range of colours and combinations. Customer service is probably one of the best- i've had a lot of specific questions and always got a very prompt response. Plus there is an associated fb group and it is really useful to get inspo and also see what other people are making with yarn (to see how a cake works up for example). Also do regular prizes in there so highly recommend.
