The best potato cakes around as a are real potato cakes freshly cut potatoes. I had a grilled snapper and to be honest it was one of the best tasting pieces of fish that I've had in a very very long time from a fish shop. Chips are always cooked well and crunchy great souvlaki's and many other things of the menu

Hamburgers were really tasty and so was the fish n chips. Very busy but always pleasant service even with these extremely hot days

Very nice chips (crunchy outside. Soft inside) but smaller in amount compared to other places. Hot dog/fush was really good last time but this time wasn't as good. Burgers have been hit a miss. Will go back again but will try to avoid peak hours as it is very busy and maybe reason why it hasn't been as good.

They have good chips and the fish is pretty good 👍 I personally think that they have the best hot dog 🌭 in batter they good dim sims and service they're good depending on how busy it is the prices are perfect.

Small portions and bad service. I have pictures but don't know how to post here. For $20 you get alot more at Melba fish n Chips. The bloke behind the counter saw me walk in then turned around and went on with his business. I needed to address him directly before he would serve me. Chips were awesome but the fish was thin and dry. They might have just had a bad day today as previous reviews all seem to contradict my experiences. Will try them again and see how I go.

Alway's a pleasure to visit Vincent at Batman Ave Fish shop. I went there after school with my 9yo granddaughter, who has taken a liking to salt & vinegar potato cakes.. Being one of nan's favorite snacks lol. I know the owner's very well as l met them some 27 year's ago when they first started up their buisness. Needless to say we received some extra potatoe cakes in our order, which were scrumptious & filled a spot nicely.

Average fish and chips. Fish was thin and a little oily. Dim Sims were nice BUT they were most definitely NOT A NORTH MELBOURNE dim sim as requested and paid for. Chips were a good quantity but also a little oily. As I have been hearing lots of good things about them, it may be that I wan unlucky this time. I will try again. A good point is that they do open on Mondays and also, at the moment they are for me the second best fish and chips in Sunbury. Points that I will verify in my next visit is if the food was oiky due to the time I purchased things (middle afternoon) or not and if they served me the dim sim incorrectly as they were not what was advertised. Will update this post eventually.

Had some flake. Unfortunately it was not great. Very thin and dry. Would not recommend this place. Also the premises was quite dirty.

Fresh fish and not too greasy. Large serving for a very reasonable price compared to other places in Sunbury.

Not sure if Clark rubber is your supplier of fish or your dishing up carp but seriously look at your supplier of fish it was terrible 2 stars for the chips and salt p.s make sure your stem dimeys are ready before serving also!!!

Ordered another fish souvlaki with their homemade roti bread and seriously - never had one like it!! Potato cakes are the real deal - with real potato and cooked to perfection! Great customer service and not overpriced like some fish and chips shops in Sunbury! Don’t have to wait to long as everything is cooked fresh.. Keep up the fabulous work and thank you 🙏💛

Just picked up some potato cakes and chips for Fathers Day and to say I'm disappointed is understatement. There was about 20 chips ordered medium chips and 7 out of 9 potato cakes were burnt to a crisp no potato inside and there was oil dripping everywhere. Normally I've not had a issue with their food but definitely will not be rushing back.

They make really nice Chicken souvlaki, better then most places I visited.
