Unsettling at best. Check in was fine, the lobby minimal but quite clean. We took to our room, the exterior hallways we took a maze of unclean and dark corridors with trash piled up at the bottom of the stairs in a cart. The room itself wasn't great. I'm 6'4 and in the range of 260 pounds, and I can confidently say the toilet in the room was physically too small for me to sit down on. The beds themselves were clean, and under inspection, no bugs or critters in site as some other reviews raised concern over. The pillows under the pillow cases were clean as well, showing no signs of yellowing. The bathroom was clean ish as well, given you didn't look too closely at the baseboards and trim. Just don't look at the carpet, or under/behind the beds. We found gum caked into the uncleaned carpet, and boogers that had been wiped on the side of the bedframe between said bedframe and the nightstand. We only stayed one night, and upon opening the curtains, we were greeted to the view of a desolate empty lot full of garbage just outside that we hadn't seen the night before. We were glad we only had to stay 1 night.

I'm rating this budget motel high because of the exceptional service I received after a 'cost saving app' scheduled me two nights away, not that night I needed it (not my fault). After I argued on the phone over an hour with the app, they refunded my card. I mentioned to front desk clerk I had googled their motel, and had seen a lower price than the app. The lower price was honored. I ended up staying 3 consecutive nights. Though not high class, the room was clean, descent furniture, everything worked properly, and bed was comfortable. Thank you to Budet Inn of Laramie Wyoming for treating me so well.

A clean hotel not far off the beaten path. Very affordable prices and friendly staff. The only issue we encountered was a toilet that required you to hold the handle down for 10 seconds to fully flush. Otherwise, a nice stay.

My husband and brother in law went to the front desk for our 3 rooms and said the person working front desk was great! 10/10 for customer service and I think that’s what matters the most! Pricing was VERY fair! The room however was quite dirty 🙁 it could be a housekeeping staff issue though - so I’m not upset about it. I was a housekeeper not long ago and I GET IT. The sheets, pillow cases and towels were clean but the bathroom floor was really bad, the carpet was really dirty, there was spit from someone brushing their teeth all over the sink, and I’m assuming something had maybe spilled in the mini fridge so there was a gross towel on the bottom of the fridge inside of it. The sink was also broken and wasn’t draining any of the water out unless I stuck my hand in there to pull the plug up. We only needed a couple hours of sleep before we hit the road again, as we are driving cross country - the second we woke up we hit the road and I was so busy trying to get my 3 little ones ready I didn’t get a chance to speak to anyone about it. I still left the housekeeper a tip because again - I GET IT. 🫶🏻 The beds were very comfortable though!

Read reviews and was iffy on if I should stay here or not. They were the only hotel available during Cheyenne Frontier Days so I had no other option. Talked to lady about their reviews and she said they are under new management and even came to the rooms to inspect them with us to make sure we were okay with them. Guy at front desk was super friendly and the beds were AMAZING! Definitely will stay there again if I’m ever in the area!

Place is a dump! Pictures of this place on where we booked it was misleading, showed a new hotel that was nothing like this one. The pool hasnt been used in years i guess, no breakfast, weeds taller than my kid everywhere, black mold above the shower, room smelt like an ashtray, cigarette burns in the chair, tv remote didnt work, tub filled up with water when trying to take a shower, and to top it off, woke up to our room ceiling leaking water. The beds were good to sleep on though, but Budget Inn Corporate needs to take a visit to Laramie, WY

It's a good place to stop and get a good decent night. Sleep the people at work. Here are very nice and kind to people. I would highly suggest staying here.
