This has always been my go-to pizza and it's really unfortunate how far they have fallen. Whatever time they quote you, you must add 90-120 minutes minimum. Delivery, pickup, and probably even eating in the dang restaurant, be prepared to wait 3-4 hours for a pizza. I've worked in the service industry for a while so I understand the struggle, but at this point and judging by other peoples similar experiences, it seems like a calculated business decision to lie about their times consistently. Unfortunately tonight was the last straw, when one hour after my promised delivery time when I called and was told my pizza is in the oven!

5 stars for a pizza place. Had the BBQ chicken pizza and garlic knots. Great service and food.

Me and my friends decided to order 3 pizzas around 6PM. It is now 8:30 and we are finally getting our pizza. I am already beyond mad (and hungry) that it took 2 1/2 hours to make and deliver pizzas that are 5 minutes away from our house. If the guy behind the phone wasn’t so stoned he would have known it’s status instead of lying to us and making us even more mad. If you’re going to order from here DO NOT get it delivered as it seems the drivers take joyrides before doing their job.

As a tourist, I originally wanted to visit Beau Jo's because it was highly recommended by others; however, that did not happen because they were closed. All I can say is, "No regrets." At Krazy Karl's Pizza, we ordered Spinach & Meaty Lasagna, The Mile High & whatever the waiter recommended, Krazy Hawaiian, and Thai Specialty & The White. We also ordered drinks. Kudos to the waiter for letting us sample some alcohol! The food was mouth-watering delicious. When you bite into your first slice of pizza, you can feel every taste and aroma within the pizza. There is also a good selection of beer. The customer service was outstanding--our waiter was very attentive, even when it was pretty busy. Would I return to Krazy Karl's Pizza? Heck yeah, I would every time.

It's good pizza. Just make sure that you allow an extra 90 min after quoted delivery time to actually get your pizza. Maybe you need to pay drivers more. Considering all your "best of" awards you'd think you could probably afford it.

Waited a long time just to get a burnt and overly salty pizza. I have had KK for 5 times already, and every time I told myself to give it another chance coz so many people seem to think it's good pizza. This is the last time I am ever going to have KK.

Fantastic sweet-n-spicy pizza! Stopped in with my daughter on her CSU reconnaissance mission and was glad we did!

I love KK pizza, I love their wings, I keep coming back despite the fact that they purposely will not make my pizzas. I'll explain. When they first started online ordering, their order system was confusing, and I ended up ordering a pizza without adding a tip. If you do this, they will flag your account, and you will never get a pizza on time ever again. I ordered pizzas for my kid's birthday party, 2 hours ahead because I know they're busy, and after 3 hours I called, and they had "forgotten" to put my pizza in the oven. Every time since, pickup or delivery, no matter if they're busy or not, they either "forgot" or they "dropped" my pizza, and it takes an extra 30-60 minutes. Pro tip: tip, or suffer a 50-100% increase in the time it takes to get your pizza.

Apps were just normal. Wings were quite big and perfectly done. Pizza- WOW! I had the north of the border pizza and it was easily a 12/10! Highly recommend this establishment.

We ordered wings for pick up and when we went to the store to pick up our food, a delivery driver took our food to another house and they couldn’t make more wings cause they were out for the day. It’s like their workers are stoned out of their mind and don’t know what’s going on. Our previous time at this establishment we ordered two pizzas for pick up and when we showed up at our pickup time we were told we needed to wait 15-20 minutes. Which was fine, it was a busy night. We were offered a buzzer to let us know when our pizza would be ready. 45 minutes later I went to check on the order. A worker went to check and came back laughing with our two pizzas in hand. “Your pizzas have been on the rack for 15 minutes”. Workers were giving out buzzers for customers to use and then not notifying when their orders were ready. Happened to multiple people around me waiting as well. Complete lack of management and overall professionalism.

First time here and we were very impressed. Love the fact that they are generous in their toppings amount, not the tiny bits that most pizza places offer. We got the Krazy Hawaiian and North of the Border. Both were really good. Con: parking can be difficult, it's very small.

TL;DR: great, unique pizzas. Definitely check them out. We originally wanted to go to a different pizza place in town, but were unable to for a logistics reason. We found Krazy Karl’s as a last minute plan b. We had to drive around the block a couple times to find parking as the lot is not huge, so by the time we parked we assumed it would be packed inside, but we were able to be seated right away - even without a reservation! We went on a Tuesday night and they had a fun trivia night happening that we were able to listen to and play along at our table. Since it’s located right next to campus, we figured it would be a typical college bar, but we were happily surprised by the food and drink selections. It was hard to decide on pizzas to order because the menu was so fun and unique! We ended up ordering salads before our pizzas and I’m glad we did because the pizza was DELICIOUS but thick and pretty greasy. But DELICIOUS. Our server was friendly, but sometimes forgot to grab us things we needed (forks, ranch dressing), but everyone has off days and it was pretty busy so I don’t count that against them at all. If you’re in town looking for good, local pizza, I’d definitely recommend stopping by!

3rd best pizza I have had in FC. Similar to RT or Mtn Mike's in flavor, with a dusting of oregano on the crust. Mostly you come here for the cost and large tv's to watch the games. We had large meat pizza, garlic knots, beer, salad, and soda. Was less than $40.

Food and service were good, but the place was so dirty it was hard to get excited. Food debris on the floor (which needs to be redone) and crumbs all over our table. My chicken grinder was more like a calzone but good flavor and certainly a huge portion. My guests had a thin crust pizza which they both enjoyed. Service was college town appropriate which is to say friendly and casual. Value was good. I'd go back and hope they'd swept up a little.

I've never been to the actual pizza bar, but my experience with order pickups were fantastic. The pizza was ready when I arrived every single time, and the employees were very positive and respectful. But the best part is the pizza, obviously. I've tried many of their specialty pizzas, as well as my custom pizza toppings, and they never disappoint me. The pizzas are filling and full of flavor. A must try for pizza enthusiasts. Also, they have plenty of gluten-free options for those who desire/need it, so you don't miss out on the amazing taste of Krazy Karl's.

Was here a few months ago and we ordered pizzas. The kitchen lost our ticket and we didn't get a pizza for about an hour and a half. Just went again tonight and the exact same story happened. Waited hour and 15 minutes for pizza. Comp'd the cheapest thing. Good pizza but go hear when you have 2 and a half hours to eat it because you will be waiting for anything.

2 hours waiting on delivery. 10 minutes on hold, then the call disconnects. Unfortunately, a pizza company does so well they have 3 locations in town but still can't keep up... It sounds like an opportunity for competition to creep in. Luckily, it's the best pizza in town... which isn't saying much.

The cream cheese jalapeño popper pizza is amazing!!! I've been hooked on it for years. The service on my last visit was a bit lacking and atmosphere was a tad stale. But what matters isn't those aspects but rather the food. It hits every single time.

I think our waiters name was chase. But he was so amazing. While my boyfriend and I were dining in he had 7 tables going and a couple people sitting at the bar. We realized that he was the only person serving and he was still so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend just because of the service he provided. Definitely deserves a raise. Food was also really good, tasted fresh but Chase really made it a great night out for us!

This place easily has the most creative pizza around. The specials and one of pizzas are amazing. However, the last two times I have ordered a pizza they have forgotten half of the toppings? Not great since I paid for those as well as a premium price for a premium pie. Food is good consistency is alright.

Few would argue the two most prolific pizza-producers in the United States are New York and Chicago, their respective styles legendary in their communities and throughout the country. The connoisseurs among us might also recognize less popular styles, such as those hailing from St Louis, Detroit, and California. Far smaller is the number of people who would talk about a pizza being Colorado-style, and yet, at Krazy Karl’s, a little something called The Mile High exists. If you live in Fort Collins or ever feel like visiting, no trip would be complete without a large Mile High. Get it with a spicy ranch base, generous dollops of cream cheese on top, and don’t forget to ask for a bottle of honey to accompany your leftover crusts. Colorado-style is the future!

Ordered 4 cheese pizza and garlic bread. I was eating at Krazy Karl’s after nearly 5 years and it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere is always great on a game day.

Always so flipping slow and so off on their order times. Many, many times I’ve ordered, been quoted a time, and then had to wait 30 to 45 extra minutes. One time I waited over an hour and a half AFTER the 45 minutes they quoted. Oh and we saw them drop a pizza on the floor after it came out of the oven

This is my favorite pizza place in Fort Collins. Great gluten free pizza and my partner loves the regular. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but Covid/staffing challenges has been tough on a lot of businesses. Well worth the wait anyway.
