It's a sufferable little garden with a coffee stand and a very tiny playground with a couple of swings and a rope climber. Meh.

The rose tree is amazing

This garden located to the north of the S. João de Deus church, in London Square, is well grassed and tree-lined and also has various statuary that beautify the space, which is generally well cared for. It also has a terrace that allows you to drink or eat anything while enjoying the peace and quiet in the city. It's a very pleasant space.

The site is excellent. London Square. The small garden, pleasant. Tiny playground. 2 amusements. No public water fountain. 1 plastic bottle of water, 0.33cl, costs €1.20 without a glass, at the kiosk. Lisbon residents have few options for taking their children.

Someone will one day explain to me why this garden is called 'Sister Lúcia'. Just because it's close to a church? It's just that the statuary has nothing to do with the said Sister, nothing in the garden evokes the theme, nor did they even put a measly plaque there with the designation. A well-kept lawn, four statues, one of which depicts girls with disabilities, without hands or a metal prosthesis visible. Finally, in addition to the lawn, the trees are saved, which always add some grace to the place.
