This place has a good location and not bad facilities although the owner has to think about some AC machine. Also it is very hard to sleep here: restourants work till midnight and then clean their tables till 1am. At morning they start their work at 7am. So we were completely broken after the night here. The guy on receiption has poor english and didn't want to change the room when we told him it is very noisy.

It was a great stay. The staff did amazing - they were reacting immediately to any of our requests. Very clean, nice space. Coffe machine for guest use 👌🏻👌🏻 The room was small but big enough if you’re planning to spend your days mostly outside. Location of flor da baixa is the best! All the main sights are close, if not - there is a subway/bus/tram/train nearby. Lots of restaurants, cafes downstairs. Recommend to take earplugs as Lisbon goes to sleep quite late;).... although the noise is bearable. The thing in the room that in my opinion was missing - little table. Fully recommend!

The place has a great location and good prices, it's also tidy and cosy (+ there's coffee 4 free&yummy, homemade sweets!:)). What we found a bit uncomfortable was the size of our double-bed room: it was really small, like there was maybe 0,5 m of space around the bed and that was it. Also, the windows don't close well so you always hear some noise from the street. Altogether, a great deal for backpackers travelling on a budget.

For the price it was fine. On a noisy street. No in room bathroom. Place was super clean, and I never saw another guest. Perfect for our overnight layover. Close to metro stop & easy to get back to the airport.

Our primary and only struggle with this hotel was the keycard, which constantly failed. We eventually got replacements, but those still worked inconsistently. Otherwise, be prepared for a very snug room as they give you exactly what you need for a few nights. However, the bathroom was HUGE, with a wonderful little balcony and opening windows that let you see the entire street. This also let us cool down during the night by leaving open. Be aware that this hotel is in the middle of the very busy restaurant district north of Rossio, and we quickly got tired of the waiters' aggressive approaches on the street while walking around.

Excellent place to stay in lisbon. Close to the center. Clean and nice big rooms just 2 minutes from the metro station! Very friendly and helpful staff !!!

Location is great, but room was wayyyy too loud. Staff is friendly, but at night if they're out you wait outside the hostel's door for indefinite period, until they are back :(

Great, very convenient location in the city center . Big, clean room. But the building is very old, no elevator.
