I had a small single room here with shared bathroom for a couple of days. In my room was also a sink, so it was very convenient even with the shared bathroom. It was cleaned every day and toilet products were also offered for free. They have shared kitchen that you can use with fridge. The service was very kind and the price was good. The location of the hostel is directly in the city centre, so I was coming back a lot, to leave my shopping here or grab a jacket or something. The only downside I experienced was that there is no elevator and the hostel us located on the 4th floor. I was coming with a big suitcase, so be prepared to climb some stairs.

MADE UP A BAZAAR LIE ACCUSING US OF NOT CHECKING OUT ON TIME OR LEAVING ROOM KEYS - THEN CHARGED US. BE CAREFUL! Myself and my GF stayed on a stopover towards the end of October 2021. The room was ok, and what you’d expect from a 2 star place. Our experience was fine up until the point we received and email saying that we had incurred a fine for not checking out on time, nor leaving the set of keys behind, both claims being untrue. We received details of the staff apparently shouting and banging on the door trying to communicate with us and that once they entered the room (realising we had checked out 😂) the keys couldn’t be located. All very strange as we’d clearly checked out and left the keys as instructed! Yet after calling and discussing this, even asking to the check cameras, we where still charged. Basically we where stolen from! A very very odd experience to which we are still waiting to be refunded and apologised too! BE WARNED!

It is near by a lot of historical objectives and near by Tajo river. We like it.

Kueche ist gleichzeitig waeschekammer fuer schmutz- und saubere waesche...geht gar nicht.einziger balkon fuer alleinreisende ist gleichzeitig rauchertreff und -kammer.ich hatte mich auf mein kl zimmer mit balkon gefreut.gehabt hatte ichbeind 5 m 2 kammef mit ausblick auf nachbarhausrueckseite und kochgestank von unten vom restaurant bei fensteroeffnung.ich weiss nicht dafuer ist es zu teuer fuer den standart mit gemeinschaftsdusche und wc...nun weiss ich mehr nie wieder

can’t beat the location, very quiet guest house. great facilities in the kitchen (only a microwave) no cooking facilities. bathrooms and other general areas cleaned daily Paying €5 to use towels is ridiculous street noise was loud until about 12am. deliveries then started again about 4-5am No fan or air conditioning - had to sleep with window open which didn’t help with noise below. pillows need replacing - old & lumpy unable to store luggage after checkout. closest is taking to train station and paying €6.50 for a locker BEWARE: there is NO elevator in the property which is on the 4th floor - lots of stairs!

The location is perfect The owner amazing BUT the room was tiny and not that clean Also couldn’t sleep the whole night because the bed was creaking.

Hotel on 5th floor with no elevator. So pack lightly! Room included a small shower but the shower head was broken. One day we had no hot water. No toilet in the room and no air conditioning, only a fan. You get what you pay for. Was okay for 2 nights stay but any longer consider somewhere else. Staff spoke no english which made check in difficult. Location is great however.

The best of this guest house is location! Be ready get some fitnes every time you'll upstairs to the 4th floоr. It was clean. Kitchen has frige, microwawe, nespresso coffee machine, dishes, cups, cutlery and even corkscrew. The only thing that confused me was the good hearing of the neighbors.

I wasn't sure about booking here based on reviews on maps and elsewhere, but went ahead due to the location. It's super central, and you know before booking there's no lift. My room was very big, clean, high ceilings. There's a large kitchen with fridge and freezer for your use, but no cooking - it's more re-heating, with toaster/grill and microwave available. Good wifi, big common areas inc tv room, and the booking/check-in/check-out went fine via online and forms in the room. There's no a/c so when it's super hot this could be a deal breaker. Simple but central.

Very friendly staff, great location in the middle of downtown. Nice clean rooms, mine had a small balcony with private bath. Only downside it’s on the 5th floor with no elevator.
