Excellent instructors, equipment and route, would highly recommend. There were different levels of ability in our group, and we all felt comfortable and had lots of fun. If you want photos, I'd bring your own GoPro/camera. It's such good fun though, so you probably won't notice.

Most memorable experience I'll have during my travels. My partner and I was looking for a more "active" experience while visiting Lisbon in September 2023. Initially planned to kayak, but because of weather, it was cancelled. They offered other options and we went with "Via Ferrata" (mountain climbing) and thank god we did! This was such an exhilarating and fun time - my partner and I will never forget it. The tour guide even offered us some local sweets during one of the resting spots on the trail. I had a fear of heights and the guides were so helpful. I felt safe the entire time and the views were AMAZING. They provided shuttle from Lisbon to Sesimbra which was incredibly convenient. Whole experience was 3 hours. So worth it!!!

I had the best experience coasteering with Vertente Natural. I was super lucky that I was alone on the day (i assume because it was cloudy weekday mid September). I was guided by Mariana, she was absolutely amazing! Provided all the information, very clear and reassuring, super friendly. She was very well informed on the area and the coastline we were exploring. The experience was definitely much better because of her. I felt comfortable all through it and took on all the biggest jumps and climbs because I felt super safe and taken care of, so thanks Mariana! I can't recommend this enough. There was also a lovely lady called Cristina at reception who recommended some amazing restaurants and places to check out. Overall 10/10 definitely use this company!

Our team loved this activity!! We recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the coast of Portugal in a fun and unconventional way! The whole COMPANY team was very supportive and entertaining, they really seem to know what they're doing which made us feel a lot more comfortable and safer. Our guide would always give us different options of jumps and paths to follow depending on the difficulty level and this was really useful since some of our team members are afraid of heights. We did this in October and were a bit afraid of the cold, but the wetsuits kept us warm the whole Overall it was an amazing experience and we super recommend it! You'll climb rocks, swim against the current and jump from rocks - it couldn't be more fun!

Excellent! We did the scooba diving with Leonor. She was a very professional, caring and fun guide. Everything were really safe and fun. We would definitely go ahain with Leonor. We highly recommend this company for diving, along with the other activities.

Gabriel was an amazing guide for our Coasteering trip! He was very positive and encouraging and had options for every comfort level. Even our 9 year old was able to do the big jumps! It felt more adventurous and less touristy than some other trips we've done. Super fun and we definitely want to come back next time we're in Portugal!

We were a group of 4 and had a great time in the 2 boat rides we did with Antonio, one to the west to see the caves and one to the east towards Setubal to see the Dolphins. On both rides Antonio gave us a very in-depth knowledge of the Area and was very interesting and easy to listen. Very well worth the money, the best excursion I have ever had. Thanks Antonio.

It was a wonderful tour. Because of the weather it took us a long time to find dolphins, but it worked. The two guides told us a lot of interesting facts and were very friendly. the boat ride was fun and felt safe. Overall a great experience.

Clear recommendation. We had a wonderful morning and really saw a lot of dolphins and got a lot of information. Everyone was super nice and relaxed and nature and animals were treated with respect. The tour is worth every euro.

Absolute 10/10 experience with Cristina and João. We did the boat ride tour experience. It was incredible. Cristina was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Henrrique and Tiago were our guides and they were super nice and funnies. It was full of fun and extreme. I suggest arriving by bolt from Lisbon and take a walk in the port after the activity.

Would recommend this experience to anyone looking for an adventurous day— we had a great tour! The instructor Francisco was very helpful and gave clear instructions that made us feel safe navigating through waves, climbing the rock faces, and also while jumping off the cliff edges. Additionally, I enjoyed learning more from him about the natural area around us like how the caves were formed & how the limestone makes the water appear bluer. This was a super fun getaway from Lisbon and a great change of pace. Even in the winter time, the water was a pleasant temperature, especially with the wetsuit on. This was the perfect amount of activities mixed with nice views, and the guides also gave us a delicious local cake at the end. I do wish that it was possible to see the address of the location directly on the activity prior to completing the booking, since right now it’s only possible to see the address once you’ve confirmed. overall, I had a great time :)

I WON’T RETURN: The Kayak tour is a disappointing trickery. Theorically it is a 3 hours kayak tour. However we only kayaked 1,500 meters of coast! We spent most part of the time going out from the harbour and kayaking around the dock. And we wasted another hour resting in a beach! We said our disappointing opinion to the guide and he said that it was the tour that his boss had organised and he couldn’t do anything more. 200€/4 persons is disproportionately expensive for this kind of trip. In addition, the receptionist said to us that the “satisfaction guarantee” of its Web only implied that the staff would do their best to do a funny trip. Nothing more. The Vertente Natural’s website lies, simply said. I won’t return there.

Coasteering was a great adventure and we loved every minute of it. Would 100% recommend the activity as well as the very professional team. And we had a surprise guest accompany us which made it even more fun. ;-)

We called one day in advance to reserve a kayak. We were told it is no problem we should just come by the next day. The next day the shop was closed.

Firstly, the staff here are great; very friendly and helpful, professional and very focused on the safety of their customers. They spoke very good English- perfect for us as we booked last minute and hadn't learned much Portuguese. We hired a kayak for the day and had such a good time finding secret coves and snorkeling, we asked about other trips. We then did the dolphin tour, saw lots of dolphins plus an orca, which we weren't expecting. On the coastal tour, the boat driver explained about coasteering so I booked it for my last day. So glad I did, most fun I've had for years - great guides who coaxed me on when I was bricking it, beautiful scenery and crystal clear water to jump into. Thank you so much to all the staff at Vertente - we hope to return next year.

We had a great time kayaking on the sea. The staff was super friendly and the trip was very nice. The beach we visited for the break was supurb. Definitely a recomendation.
