Came from NC to NY to get my daughters ears pierced by Holsten Jewelers. Everyone was so helpful and patient with my daughter before, during naps after the piercing. I was provided with instructions and solutions for maintenance and even received the Sales Reps business card to call and/or email with any questions or concerns. Going to Holsten Jewelers was the best decision I made in my entire life. Gary worked painstakingly hard to help me pick out the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. During COVID, he came out to the car with samples for us to try on. She absolutely loved the ring so much that we bought our wedding bands here too. Gary even shipped my custom ring to me next-day when it arrived late from the manufacturer (not Holsten's fault), so it would arrive in time for our ceremony. Gary has always been someone we could trust in the jewelry business. We had an old diamond that was my Grandmothers and legend had it that this was a cheap inferior stone. I wanted to use it as baguettes and told Gary to crush it up and add a center stone. He took a look at it and said, “this is almost a perfect stone, you can’t crush this up”. He created a perfect setting around this beautiful diamond. I think any other jeweler would have kept the stone and never told us. Integrity and honesty, more rare than a Diamond.

Went to Holstens a year ago to pick out an engagement ring. Gary was very patient and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. Overall the process was very easy and stress free and the ring is beautiful. My fiancé and I went back to have our wedding bands picked out too. Highly recommend!
