3 stars because I have been before and the service has been fine. Most recently, the service was awful. Paid $170 for huge strips of hair to be left behind along with a level of irritated skin I’ve never had before. Spoke to manager who said I had 5 days to come back in, but my skin was so irritated and the experience so poor that there was no way I could have tolerated coming back in that time frame. When I voiced this concern, there was nothing else offered. So I will not be back and I will no longer recommend this place to anyone.

Ashley did a fantastic job!! I got a full facial and when I went in she made sure we were on the same page. She asked if there was any areas she didn’t want her to touch and explained everything to me. Thank you, Ashley!!!

I had not had my brows waxed for a few months and just so happened to be in the area so I called to inquire about drop-in availability and luckily I was seen within 10 minutes. I was so happy to have Kira as my esthetician. I have had appointments with her in the past and she always makes the process painless. I highly recommend scheduling your appointment with her, your brows will thank you.

First time doing a Brazilian, so I was absolutely terrified, but Evelyn made me feel super comfortable from the start. She was truly the best and made the whole process an absolute breeze. Highly recommend, especially Evelyn!

Ashley was great! I am 9 weeks pregnant and a frequent waxer. She made me feel at ease as the waxes during your first trimester can be more painful than usual. She also informed me she can make as many accommodations for me as my pregnancy progresses. I am so glad a found her.

I've being getting wax for 8 months now with my specialist Samantha and she is the sweetest, she always starts a conversation to make everything faster and more comfortable. at first i was so scared and nervous about how my experience would be with her but now i just go in and out like nothing, i would deff recommend booking with her!! 10/10 :)

Valerie is amazing! She is super sweet and funny, and will make you feel totally at ease, plus she’s a total pro. No one likes getting Brazilians but she makes it as quick and painless as possible. And she has great recommendations on products for my skin, and has helped my after wax care routine so much. Cannot recommend her enough
