I'm really happy I found I found this place! I've seen Carolyn for waxing and hydrafacial and been happy with her skin care knowledge, her kindness, and her scheduling abilities to always fit us in. I'm editing my review just to say that I love the new location. The waiting area is great because there are three of us that receive services, the parking lot has ample spaces, and the location is easy to get to!

Carolyn is a master at her craft, but don't take my word for it, check out her socials or stop by her spot! I've gone to her throughout the years for my skin care needs, and I've recommended her to several of my friends who have also become longtime customers. I have had several scars that Carolyn has helped virtually erase, and her eyebrow service is incomparable. I will continue to refer my friends and visit Glow by Merlo as part of my skin care routine.

The best of the best!! Came in for a Brazilian wax and felt very little pain. Carolyn made me feel so comfortable throughout my wax. She truly cares about what she does and even went over aftercare with me. Such an enlightening experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Best waxing experience ever! Carolyn was thorough in explaining everything to me before she began. During my appointment she made great conversation and it worked so well! I barely felt the pain and she was done in no time! Her place has a great vibe overall but the small touches like a warm pad to lay on, nice scented candle and a great playlist just made the experience all the better. I came home feeling like I went for a spa treatment rather than a waxing appointment. So lucky to have found her!

Went to get my first Brazilian wax and as nervous as I was she made the experience a breeze. She works in small sections and explained everything perfectly to make you less nervous about it being your first time. Waxing is never fun but Carolyn made me feel so comfortable, eased my mind and her techniques made it so less painful during those more spicy moments of my Brazilian.
