Kimberly, she was extremely rude to me..I just had a simple question and she was so aggressive..I’m just in shock now

If I could choose zero stars for the irrational treatment of the worker, I would. She deliberately chose to speak disrespectfully about the amount of work she had as if the customer was supposed to know her workload walking in. She was rude, disrespectful, and hopefully not what fedex stands for. Armani is untrustworthy.

One of the staff (young tall woman) was inefficient, clumsy and extremely disrespectful. Reluctant to answer my questions, gave me false info about international shipping. She was so obnoxious that I decided to cancel my shipment after I paid. She seemed to have problems with foreigners. Such individuals should be either trained to control their hate or simply not be the front person of a business.

I went to this FedEx location because of the positive reviews. I was not disappointed :). The location was clean, organized, and had a lovely selection of various items to shop for while I waited for my book to be unbound and spiraled (5 minutes). They even gave me a box for my book at no cost. The FedEx employees were warm, welcoming and helpful. While I have other UPS and FedEx locations around me, I will be coming back to this one and recommending it to others.

Great worker helped us print at the counter because the self service printer wasn’t cooperating.

The workers here are SO kind and helpful. Literally blown away by the efficiency and great service. Walk right by the USPS store next door and head into this FedEx, so serious!

Came here on 11/18/2023 right as it opened. The sole lady who was there provided amazing customer service. I had to make some copies and ship some documents internationally which she helped by providing great advice on what my best options are. As I was making copies, she also tended to an elderly customer who also wanted to ship internationally, and did so with class and patience. Outstanding!

The lady working there was very rude, easily irritated and I felt that I was discriminated based on my accent as she refused to answer my questions and just ignored me. I am Not asking for any special attention but this is so low…I do not see this often in DC… well, too bad..

Warning! Too painful experience with Fedex in Brooklyn NY. The Fedex manager, although accepted their fault, but still asked for re-payment to deliver the same box to the right recepient! I have never had no bitter experience in this level with UPS, DHL and USPS

This is hands-down the friendliest and most efficient fedex in the city. Gonzalo makes this place a joy.

The staff was very rude. I asked her if she could fix the address and she told me to go to other fedex.

I wish I could give minus zero. I left my DirecTV return package with them since August 30th, 2018. It was never sent. Each time I call, I talk to 2, 3 people and there is always an excuse. DirecTV has billed me for something that I have returned and I just need them to receive it to clear my account. Bad customer service. Bad follow up. No one knows about anything. They can close that store...

Always excellent customer service from the team and the manager! Every time I come in, it’s friendly and customer service oriented. Hard working and dedicated team. I appreciate the long hours they are open. My favorite fed ex in the area.

The print services were above and beyond. All of my wedding materials were ready in less than 20 minutes, including a special order. Staff were so fast, kind, and helpful! I highly recommend this location for your wedding print needs!

Went for printing services. There was a bit of confusion to begin with, and it was a little hectic (they could definitely benefit from having more than 2 people on staff, maybe they usually do?). Anyway, I think it's probably difficult for a regular person to explain to a printing pro what they want, and vice versa, so I have a new appreciation for that. All that being said, the woman who ended up taking care of me, Kim, was the best. Super efficient, knew what I needed and handled it quickly, all while advising a junior staff member on other matters. Definitely a multi tasking pro. My print came out how I wanted and I'm happy with my experience.

I just left this location and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for help with their printing needs. Marco was beyond helpful in helping me figure out the size of paper and the paper type I needed for a specialty project. Thank you again, Marco!

I am really happy with my experience at this FedEx location. I ordered prints online for my office and they came out great! When I had a small issue, Logan the store manager responded promptly to my email, and Tim at the printers was very helpful and friendly. The young lady who was also there (I am sorry I did not catch her name) was also attentive and helpful when I came into the store. I will definitely be back next time I need anything printed or shipped!

I had to place a custom order with only a few days notice and the team at this store handled my inquiry like pros. Special shoutout to Jack, who took my call at the end of the day on a Friday and made sure the order was taken care of from start to finish (she even delivered it!). I will definitely be using this location for future print jobs.
