Absolutely unsanitary and insulting as a customer! Trash cans overflowing onto the floor. Straws and wrappers all over the soda area. This is supposed to be a dining facility?? Quite a ways to go! This is my neighborhood Chipotle (three minutes from home) and I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to have a clean dining environment or carry out. How unfortunate - this really COULD be a great business for our community, if only they tried. Side note: there were two of us that came into the restaurant to eat; only one chose to get food here after seeing this environment. The other decided to find something at home once their appetite returned. Sad!

I ordered a beef quesidilla and I must say this is not their area. They need to stick with their bowls and burritos. See photos for what it is supposed to look like and what I actually received. Oh yeah, the sour cream was from my fridge...smh

I observed the young lady adjusting her clothing as she prepared orders. Had to ask the young lady to change her gloves before doing my order. The rice was very bland n overcooked. Salsa was very watery. This Chipotle needs training with cooking and service . Under poor management.

July 18, 2023: Tried this Chipotle for the 3rd time and will be my last! Willing to drive a bit further to other Chipotle in order to get better service, taste, and quality in my food. Depending on the “mood” of the server, depends on how much meat you actually receive. Guy in front of me received hefty helping of meat(chicken) portion. I received a half spoon of chicken. When I asked for a bit more meat, she picked up 2 pieces of chicken to add to my initial half spoon. I looked at her in amazement and stated that I just wanted the same portion as the gentleman in line before me. It is a disgrace to pay full price with no fulfillment of what I am purchasing. Was then slighted on toppings for the rest of my bowl. Gave it 2 stars due to cashier being polite, which I appreciated. Needless to say, I will not be returning to THIS Chipotle and will look to spend my $13 for a full chipotle bowl elsewhere.

This Chipotle always gets my family's order correct!! We are an order on the app and pick it up family. It's always ready on time and accurate. Please keep up the great work!

I keep trying it because it is right by my house. However, they have no idea how to make burritos. I have eaten 1/3 of my carnitas burrito and not yet gotten a single bite of meat. This also happened last time when I actually ordered double chicken. I recommend ordering in the restaurant so that you can watch them make it in front of you. Other wise, they will skimp more than any other chipotle I have ever been to.

I came at 17:20 today and I regret it. The staff are completely unorganized (except the cashier). I asked for a barbacoa and carnita burrito and the guy, I kid you not, literally tried giving me 2 quarters (and I mean coins) full of barbacoa and black beans and that's it. I told him to give more because why would I pay for that?? The girl at the second station ripped my wrap while trying to, what I assume, mix(?) my food on the wrap. The cashier looked at me and gave me a shy smile, and offered to double wrap the burrito. I'm guessing for no charge since it looked nasty and unappetizing by the time she was done. I have been there before, but that was my worst and most stingy experience at a chipotle ever.

The food and service was good. I went in for a late lunch and it was still pretty busy. It may explain why the restaurant was dirty. The trash was not overfilling, but the tables could've used a wiping. There was some trash on the floor and tables.

I wish I could give this a no star. I am absolutely blown away with how chipotle preps there food. Our lettuce was old, rotten and dirty. Normally, seeing a piece or 2 of these wouldn't bother me but I STARTED OFF PICKING THEM OFF, but realized it was literally all of it and felt disgusted. I lost my appetite, image how they handle the lettuce, image what other violations they have. I would never come here again, and this was the 3/26 AM shift. Yeah its a no from me, just go somewhere else because god knows what you would get if you ate here

Always good. However, I hope some employee would take the time to organize the tables and check napkins and straws. The food is always perfect, hands down.

The majority of the staff displayed professionalism. Some hoarded food service once order for preparation for making bowl for purchase. Food purchase and quality as well as quantity should reflect the purchase price of food items requested by customers.

Chipotle at Woodmore Center is a great location for the Chipotle store. It’s surrounded with all kind of stores and other food options. I believe it’s like an outside shopping mall. The food is just like any other Chipotle out there. Nothing really special, just something healthy to eat when you are working out or just want something healthy in general but I do highly recommend chipotle to anyone. My favorite food there is the Al Pastor Chicken. It’s so good and with the chicken has a little spice at the end of the taste. Very delicious! The customer service is good but not the best. The employees mostly do their best at trying to help the customers but a lot of the customers are kinda rude to them. Well the times I go in there anyways. The employees are nice but you can tell they get really are tired and don’t look like they want to be there but that’s mostly everywhere these days so I understand. The lines can get kinda long in there which is because of the location that the store is located. Make sure to order ahead on the app for you don’t have to wait in line! The store is really clean but at the end of the the business hours, it can get a little dirty. The juice is alway empty and not refill around 8:30pm time which kinda sucks when you want the juice. Highly recommend going a little early for you won’t have any issues. Overall 8.2/10

The employees simply lacked any sense of urgency. I wrote this review while standing in a not too long line, but the employees moved so slow made it seem like I was in line forever. I’m not too sure if there was a new employee training on the line but it seemed like the more experienced workers were working To Go which I don’t believe is smart decision based on how long the line got behind me. At this point the line was to the back exit door. This is my neighborhood chipotle and I was very disappointed in the experience. Hopefully the food makes up for the 40 minute wait in line.
