Excellent experience from calling for appointment to exiting the premises. Quick appointment date, uncomplicated check in (as a new patient), and the most patient and kind technician that was attentive to my physical challenges that required changes to protocol for scan. She even escorted me through a short cut to my vehicle afterwards. It was very busy but no chaos! Very professional.

This place really needs to work on their communication and organization at the front desk. I had a hard time picking up the barium drink I needed because the front desk didn’t know where to get it. Then when I arrived for my appointment, I signed in and waited as instructed. After waiting 30 MINUTES, I went to the desk to see if there was anything I needed to do to be seen. They had no clue I was there. No one knew where my paperwork was. My sign in sticker was just stuck to the front desk, being ignored. I had to wait so long that they made me drink another half bottle of the barium solution because too much time had passed. The tech was lovely and very helpful. She’s the only reason I didn’t rate the place even lower.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. My waiting time to be seen was on point whenever I go to have something done there. It has always been a pleasure, the staff seems to be genuinely concerned.

I was required to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment (which I did) but had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. It wasn't crowded, so I'm not certain why there was such a delay? I hope this isn't the norm.

This is my new favorite place to go for mammogram, sonogram, and ultrasound. The staff are fast and efficient. Easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. Good reminders system. They work well with my insurance, so I only paid for my portion. Totally recommend this to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!!

I spoke with a representative and I made an appointment for a CTCB scan , I also send them my doctor's referral all a week in advance . Right before I pay for the service at the counter I asked to verify that I am going to have the right exam to figure out that they cannot provide the perticular exam. Complete lost of time . Nice helpful people in the facility

The staff and technicians were well informed, courteous, attentive and overall very professional. My experience at the lab was comfortable, time sensitive and most rewarding.
