This was my first time having a European wax. (Arms/pits, legs, chest, brows, ears) The establishment was clean/well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. My technician was Kadence. She was also friendly, very professional, and did a wonderful and thorough job. I have nothing but praise and would recommend them for your waxing needs.

Odaly is PHENOMENAL! Great customer service, always smiling and energetic. She’s a natural at making you comfortable during your services. Odaly it’s been over a year of you being my tech and I just want to say thank you for always making my experience a great one.

Delany was great, quick, detailed and most important I felt comfortable. Best location I've visited by far. Also ask for Tiffany, I've previously had great experience with her too.

Odaly is the best! She is quick but makes it as painless as possible by talking you through and doing the beathing technique!! My last wax girl, Kayla, was the same but left and I was nervous abt going back. Odaly had great reviews and is my new favorite. As long as she stays, I will.

Kadence is absolutely amazing! She takes her time, she makes your visit completely personal. She does amazing work, she makes you feel comfortable, and you leave feeling beautiful, groomed, and most importantly much more confident to face the world.

If I could give Odaly 20 stars I would. I’ve been getting waxed since 2009 and she’s the best tech I’ve ever had. I love her. She should be given a raise or equity in the franchise. She’s great!

I was so hesitant about trying European Wax Center, I had always heard to stay away from major waxing companies but after multiple failed boutique waxing services I thought I’d give it a try. Odaly is AMAZING not only did she make me feel comfortable but she gave me lots of tips and tricks on maintaining the wax and health of the skin. I cannot recommend her enough. I will definitely be a returning and consistent client of hers!

Odaly- she informs you when you breathe in and when to breathe in to distract you with waxing. She also applies pressure immediately after pulling the wax off to relieve the pain. Also- she is super funny which makes the appointment go by fast and less painful. I only see her and willing to work into her schedule.
