Bill and Erin are super! They are friendly and knowledgeable. Good at understanding the problem and offering a solution. I definitely feel better and empowered to continue improving. Plus, it's a convenient location with plenty of parking - so that's a win.

Can't recommend Airrosti Shirlington enough. I went in with hip pain activated by physical activity. Dr. Kempe diagnosed me on day 1 and through various progressive exercises to strengthen supporting muscles, I experienced a complete 180 in under 2 months. Very grateful for the entire team at Airrosti for the comprehensive recovery plan they built and the support they provided.

I had a truely dedicated team (Dr Kempe and his assistant Erin) who I saw on each of my four visits. Each visit was well organized from start to finish. Each session started exactly on time and ended an hour later. Every visit was well planned to maximize to effectiveness. I am completely satisfied with the results that identified the cause of my pain and I can now move forward with a home exercise routine that will keep it at bay.

Airrosti is a well kept secret. It’s close to a miracle treatment. SERIOUSLY everyone who has ever needed PT should RUN to Airrosti. I discovered this amazing treatment when Dr Kempe’s practice shared a space with my Primary Care Doctor 8 years ago. At the time, I had several issues, the most annoying one was plantar fasciitis, which had been troublesome for several years at that point. I had tried numerous courses of treatment, cortisone injections, wearing a boot at night, exercises, etc. without lasting results. Dr Kempe treated me 2 or 3 times and I’ve never had another problem. He also treated me for a hamstring injury which had been an issue for a few years, as well as, another injury. Eight years after treatment for those injuries I recently returned to Airrosti and Dr Kempe for a rotator cuff problem, which had been getting progressively worse over the course of a year. Again after 3 treatments I’m 100% cured. My insurance has never covered these treatments, but the cost is more than worthwhile due to the truly incredible results. I have friends who have gone to PT for months attempting to recover from injuries, often with limited results. Do yourself a big favor, save a lot of time and frustration, skip the traditional old school PT and check out Airrosti. Dr Kempe and his assistant Erin are very professional and are always punctual, there’s never any waiting around, wasting time. The location and parking are very convenient. They’re located on the edge of Shirlington, so it’s a quick off and on to I-395.

Dr. Bill is the best in the business! Tight back? Shoulders? Anything that isn’t functioning well, he can fix you up. As an athlete, I sometimes face injuries or strains and when that happens, I visit Dr. Kempe and he typically had be back to full function within 1-2 visits! Best soft tissue practitioner in the DC area! I’d rate Airrosti a 10/10.

Dr. Kempe is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and works miracles. I have taken both by kids to him and Dr. Amy for a few years now with tennis related injuries. My 18-year son is very sceptical of anyone, and Dr. Kempe and Dr. Amy are the only doctors he fully trusts. Dr. Kempe and Dr. Amy always take the time to assess the injury, explain it to us, treat the affected area and prescribe exercises to be done at home. They assess progress on the next appointment and are very congnizant with the required treatment time (they never prescribe more appointments than absolutely needed). We feel very happy with the service, attention and follow-up Dr. Kempe and Dr. Amy have provided us with and will wholeheartedly recommend them.

This is my second time using Airrosti for my lower back issue and pain in my knees (osteoarthritis ). Dr. Kempe and Erin are an amazing team!! Dr. Kempe knows where to target the issues/fixes and Erin execute it! After weeks receiving PT sessions and of course you would do your part, I have made noticeable improvements from how I was in the beginning. I felt like a new person! I have hope!!!
