It was nice for a while. One thing I will say is the everyone that works here is terrible. The don’t actually ever wanna do there job. They are probably the laziest crew I’ve seen. The nightshift workers either aren’t at the desk, or on there phones when customers need assistance. Everything is half assessed here. They prices here are horrible for snacks and drinks. The breakfast is is horrendous nothing is never fresh and either cold or hard or burnt. Everything is recycled even the food. I’ve had multiple customers complaining about there stay here and so did I. It’s cool for a few night but not a long term stay

Very nice people, but not ready for prime time. Manager said they just opened and are working out the kinks. Should have worked them out before charging people $250/ night for a 50-minute (!) check-in wait and stuff that doesn't work.

Beautiful place, really. Here is why I am quite unsatisfied. First night was ok. AC would not cool to desired temp, room always felt wet. Up early the next day and spent the day in DC. Came back and tried to get towels. They only had a couple?! How? This was an issue the entire stay and when we asked, quite honestly it was like we were putting them out. I paid a lot to stay there. Having towels was my right as a paying guest. That "put out service" was to the point where we didn't want to mention the AC issue. Who knows how they would have responded. We also didn't have the basic cooking utinsles needed so we made due. Again, hated to ask since we were not getting good service. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties and unfortunately this is becoming and consistently theme. As a guest, we are paying good money and deserve good service and what we are paying for. In this case we had to use towels found in the exercise room, cook with forks and spoons since no spatulas or other basic cooking utinsles and was never cool in the room. This was a terrible waste of my hard earned money.

After a very extended stay on an insurance claim I must say, it felt like home. I’ll truly miss ALL of the staff. Always greeted with a smile and always very attentive. And the added Wednesday evening gathering/dinner was the 5th star!! ☺️

The front desk staff were very nice. The whole hotel felt super clean, New and modern. Our king suite was fantastic, the setup and decor is nice. So clean, walk in showers are awesome! The breakfast was great, well attended to and very clean and neat. Overall we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean. The facilities were very nice. There was a really nice workout center. They had a very nice breakfast every morning, with plenty of options. It was very close to where I needed to be and there were plenty of places to eat or get groceries. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed a place to stay.

The only thing I would change is changing the SHOWERS to a bath and shower everyone doesn't like showers all the time other than that replace the sausage at breakage nobody is eating it. It is not very good its being thrown in the trash because of the quality of it and taste of it. Other than this I love this hotel and will and have suggested to family and friends of mine if they decide to visit Largo, Maryland Homewood Suites is the place to be. Your staff ROCKS.

This hotel is not suited for long stays, the rooms are very small, the kitchen counter barely has room for a coffe maker and toaster. I had to leave the water running for at least 4-5 min to get hot water for a shower and sometimes it wouldn't even get too hot. There is only 1 small closet in the room and this geniuses put the safe right in the middle of it leaving no room for luggage.

Clean and convivial! Hilton should make an effort to give more breakfast options. It can be boring eating the same food everyday for guests with a long stay.

Special Thank You to EMILE. He met us at the front desk and made us feel very welcoming and comfortable. He is really Professional and Representative. Outstanding as Customer Service. My husband and I were on a business trip in DC. After a very long and busy day - it was a great time to relax and enjoy the evening there. Hotel is a very clean. Our room was as a little nice studio. Breakfast in the morning a perfect addition to start the day. Excellent experience! Thanks again

Great place to stay for 2 weeks.. My room was cleaned every other day, super clean and lobby was nicely decorated and always clean. Emile at the front desk was great, very polite and accomodating. They helped me when I locked myself out of my room, held packages for delivery for me, and the nice wave/greeting goes a long way. Especially when you are homesick after only being gone after 4 days.. Highly Recommended.

I like the hotel, but you don't have the rooms clean for 5 days, I just think that's how bed bugs happen have to ask for toilet paper, blankets and towels, the rooms should be clean every day,and not every 5 days for the money you pay for these hotel rooms .

This was honestly one of the best Homewood suites I've ever stayed in. Hands down great job from the moment I walked in, I saw my room. Hell I liked it so much I extended my stay a couple of days. I really didn't want to leave.

There is one gentleman, I wish I remembered his name, at the front desk in the morning that was awesome... Friendly, attentive and very helpful. The AC units are not able to set below 70, the Apple Juice is watered down and there are what seemed to be homeless that sleep on the patio furniture in the front. If not for staying there for business I would not stay here again.

Initially, when I checked in I had to ask for kitchen supplies...dishwashing detergent, dishwasher detergent and paper towels as there was no roll on the dispenser. There also were no dishwashing towels. I had to wait over an hour for these because I had to re-ask...I was told there were no paper towels in the building. No resolve was given. On checkout day, I went down to the front desk to ask for a late check out. I was told I could get 12. I was never asked for my room number. I asked about that and was told housekeeping would know if I had not checked out at 11. I went outside and came back in for clarity. I asked if 12 was the standard, even for Diamond members...I was told yes...I asked if I had to have someone barge into my room for them to know I was leaving later...I was then able to give a room number. Wow, too much work. The day before my departure, after housekeeping dumped my trash, the can was not cleaned out and a bag was thrown on top...never placed inside. Before I checked out, the manager Kiaria Anthony called my phone 3 times to reach me because she walked into my room when I walked out. When I went down stairs to leave I found out that she never knew I was scheduled for a late departure. She had nothing but excuses for me and stated the person that initially messed this up was an intern. That same intern gave the incorrect email address for the manager. But at the end of the day, anyone you have representing you should be trained and you are responsible .

We used the ballroom and it was an awesome experience. The staff went above and beyond. Ms. Brown and the team that assisted us on 9/24 made the event a complete success. The food was delicious. We will be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great food, great atmosphere. A convienently place with stores and restaraunts in walking distance, the only downside is the room i was staying, the ceiling was pretty thin, and i could hear alot of stomping/thumping.

I have not been happy to walk into a room that I believe is a pet room...it smells like dog urine extremely bad and the smell has not got any better over time. I would have appreciated a non pet room .also outside window in room is cracked ..big time.

Didn't have late check-out! Only served free breakfast & no beef products! Only pork or pork w/ beef mixed. Need more variety of food 2 purchase from lobby. No cable channels.

Loved my stay, staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating to my kids waking up late for breakfast 🤣. Would definitely come to this location for my next visit to Maryland.

Dirty rooms with mold and corrosion in the bathroom. Hair in the shower. No running water in the rooms either. Refrigerator had dirt inside from previous occupants. Rooms smell like smoke. Switches rooms and was more of the same. Requested for management several times with out return call or meeting in person. Windows in the room had cracks and was broken. No resolution and I don't recommend this property. This is NOT indicative of the Hilton experience.

Clean rooms with plenty of soap, shampoo etc. Room had mini kitchen with burners, dishwasher and regular size refrigerator. Pull out beds were comfortable and plenty of channels to pick from on tv. Breakfast was good with options of cereal, juices, bacon, sausage, potatoes, eggs, fresh waffles, grits and pastries. Front desk was very friendly.

As far as suites go, it was just ok. No ice machine or ice tray. No soap. And why housekeeping was using a bed ruffle as a blanket is beyond me. But the gym was good.

This is hands down one of the friendliest places I have stayed.. the breakfast buffet was good, the staff kept it very clean and served the guests our 2 mornings we were there.. the outside areas were love as was their gym..I feel like we can be needy at away from home stays and they went over and beyond to take care of us.. we were in town for a NFL game, and they were very helpful in helping w our safe transportation to and from..

Terrible experience. Did not receive the room I booked. The bedding and sheets did not smell fresh. Small roll of tissue in the bathroom. The room was very noisy and hot. I was not able to rest at all.

The studio suite was roomy and comfortable and very clean! Would recommend! Free parking and breakfast. A bit noisy at night as it's close the road but not too bad.

It was horrible. The staff make excuses about me and my group to not go in the pool. We call and had to set an appointment to get in pool. It was 3 hours till our appointment and they said that we can not go in the pool now because they messed up on the chemicals. Then one person from my group went up to the front desk asked about the pool. They said that we can't go in as a group. One of the other adults asked the first time and they blocked her number. We have been trying to get in the pool for 3 days now. Then some one asked about the pool to the staff and the staff member said that he had no controll over the pool. 0/10

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I checked in the room was not ready and it took 2 additional hours to get into the room while awaiting it to be cleaned 3 hours after my check in. When we finally got into the room there were no wash clothes and was told there were none available. There was dried pee on the toilet seat. The staff were rude and unprofessional. The mattress cover was being used as the comforter I’m assuming because they didn’t have those either. There were no options for people who do not eat pork for breakfast. They ran out of syrup for the waffles 2 hours before breakfast was finished.

I called the front desk early, the morning after my stay, to extend my room for one more night and the front desk confirmed. When I returned to my room that evening and used my key to enter my room, all my belongings were gone. Front desk said they had given my room to another guest. The manager would not respond by phone or text to the front desk person in charge at that time. After competing in a sporting event any being too tired to drive home, I was left trying to find another hotel for the night.

It was an awesome time that we had at the Homewood Suites as we celebrated a family gathering and the atmosphere was conducive for this event. The front desk staff was attentive and even funny as they made it a greater experience. The quality of the upkeep was well worth the time of enjoying this space. So if you are in the DC area and you don't mind maneuvering all of the 95s in the vicinity then give this location of Homewood Suites a stay!
