Certainly one of the best quesadillas I've had, and a fresh Horchata.

If you live in the great state of FLA, then you most definitely have seen those Mexican, Cuban, Puerto Rican, Colombian, etc. markets that sell hot food and some sort of national groceries. This particular place have popped up on my radar when I was searching for tacos on my way to Clearwater beach from Orlando. I gotta tell you, this little hole in the wall place did not disappoint. They've got all of kinds of tacos along with authentic Mexican food. They have beef tongue and beef cheeks tacos ffs. It is not fancy at all but I loved it. Also, their harchata is like they make it in Mexico.

Its a very nice Authentic Mexican place !! The food is the best !! They are very consistent on the quality!! Its full most of the time and you have to wait for a table or leave if you don’t have enough patience. You can find meat, mexican bread, aguas frescas, cakes, and so much more I Definitely recommend this place.

Best Mexican food I ever had. Even better than in California. My taste buds were happy and pleased. Great restaurant to grab a bite while waiting for your car getting serviced at Toyota. We just walked here and back.

Food never disappoints super flavorful. Make sure you walk to the back that's where the restaurant is located.

So I went for the first time to this famous mexican restaurant. I was expecting a full blown restaurant but It is a mix of mexican store, meat market, fruit stand and selling of many more items, something common in mexican restaurant. I ordered mixed fajitas. The food was great, yummy, no complaints. I love the tortillas, they are hand made in there. The only downside is the location of the restaurant, it is in the middle of a warehouse, kinda lol. Not a problem with that, but they could improve the installation. Server was very attentive and gave us extra tortillas as a complement.

It was my second time in this place. I was impressed the first time I was here. I came back to try some other dishes. Food is great, authentic, and reasonable. That is an awesome place. You must.

Seriously, 5 stars just aren't enough to rate this place. Quite easily the absolute best Mexican place in all of Tampa Bay. On the outside, it doesn't look like much. On the inside, it's tucked in the back of the market, which is packed full of Hispanic foods. Plenty of parking but gets a little cramped on Friday nights when we went, but the outstanding food all but makes up for it. This is now our goto Mexican place. Prices are great too. I'll be back regularly!

Don Pancho Villa is one of my favorite restaurants but recently they have been leaving the cilantro and onion out whenever I order tacos, napkins and condiments are among other things left out. I’m personally not a fan at all of only eating meat tacos, I took away a star for each time this has happened.

The food is good but the staff are not very friendly if you don’t speak Spanish. They get easily taking your order when your speaking English. Time and time again I watch their interactions with customers that speak Spanish and observe them smiling and their demeanor. It’s the complete opposite of your speaking English. I have eaten there maybe 10 times this year alone and have never had a friendly experience. I order from here for my staff nurses and they get an attitude if you have a large order.

I walked out last night, I wasn’t going to have dinner where the waitress wasn’t doing her best to give a good service. I live 50 min away and I went out of my way to enjoy nice night out and eat authentic Mexican tacos. Sense it’s so common to hear that people in the food industry likes to spit, put hair or purposely not wash their hand after not liking certain customers interaction is the reason I walked out. Before I walked out I asked for a different server, I watched her approach the waitress that originally got our drinks and was polite, but after their conversation she seemed to change her demeanor, turn to look at me and walk away making it seem like she was busy. After waiting for a minute bc they seem to ignore me and my partner, I decided try one of the sweet Mexican bread I had in a plastic bag I had grabbed earlier before sitting down for dinner and I saw it flies all over it. At this point I was done with the overall experience and left my coffee and bread I had. Just so we’re clear I didn’t consume anything or touch it with my bare hands. I like the food and how fresh it is, but for someone that has work in customer service and have a business of my own I have always taken in consideration how important customer service is. I believe this is something Pancho Villa owners need to look into with their waitress and workers. If a customer walks out without giving a tip, the customer is looked frowned upon but they don’t realized that for many people like myself base tips by the experience they have with the waiter/waitress. So next time someone walks out or doesn’t tip think of my review.

Chicken tacos were absolutely delicious!!!! Hands down..... This lil place got it ALL.....fresh meat(not that BS box chain stores sales), fresh fruits & veggies, household items, AND a freaking restaurant in the back. THE FOOD IS RIDICULOUS!!!! The staff is super friendly. This is a 1 stop shop for all ur Central/South American needs!!!!

By far one of the worst tacos I’ve ever had . Meat taste like iron but the tortillas were fresh. Everything on the shelves are damn near expired. Besides how dirty and stank it was, the cashier was nice even tho I had to use google translator to pay for my items.

Super disappointed. I went one time with one of my girlfriends for Mother’s Day ; excellent service and the food tasted really good. Went back about 2-3 days ago with my boyfriend because I was craving the tacos I had previously in my last visit badly that I was convinced they were the best for a while. But when I went back this one waitress was extremely rude & unprofessional giving me the side eye, dirty looks and laughing at me cause I was speaking Spanish to her and apparently she found it funny how I told her my order. Making fun of the way I talked made me uncomfortable when we were nothing but kind to her , on top of that the food tasted bland and not at all how good it was made when I first went. I never complain about food but even my tacos were horrible and didn’t have the caramelized onions like I specifically ordered.. my boyfriends enchiladas.. , you can’t even call that “enchiladas” , that would be sad..just horrible..To add: She also never even gave us chips and salsa when everyone else had, never asked to refill drinks.. My boyfriend & I are good tippers when we go out ; sadly not this time

We ordered the chicken fajitas and carnitas tacos and both were great. Good portions and fresh ingredients! The prices were decent but I didn’t care for their chips and salsa. The chips were homemade but bland and dense. The salsa tasted more like spicy tomato soup than salsa. Also it was a 3.99 charge for them which I wasn’t expecting (guess I’m used to them being free and unlimited). Overall we enjoyed it.

I feel like I’ve found the Holy Grail!! This is the best Mexican food I’ve had in YEARS!!! And I’ve been looking! And it’s basically been hidden under my nose for almost two years! It’s one of those places that doesn’t look like much on the outside but inside it’s as authentic as it gets! love this place!

Service is terrible!!! The waitresses and cashiers act like not one ounce of them wants to be there. I’ve stopped in like 5 times and each visit Ive experienced attitude and my last visit was the worst. The line to cash out is so long , the end of the line ends at their restaurant section . They see the line is long and take forever to call another cashier to help out. My last visit I was the only one in line and the older lady just started at me, I think she’s the owner. & I thought okay she saw me by the register counter ready. Thinking she’ll be with me shortly. Nope- 5 minutes pass by I think alright let me get their attention. A worker said soon. Another 5-10 minutes pass by. That same lady comes to the register doesn’t say a word had an attitude. Put my stuff in the bag with an attitude and left. I usually don’t care about people’s attitude but this time I cared about my damm time. Very inconsiderate management!! I’d get it if they busy but that visit I was the only one in line. I really felt like just walking out that’s how long they made me wait and to top it off with attitude. Don’t recommend. They need to do better.

Easily one of my favorite Mexican places in Clearwater. The salsa roja that’s on the table is so addicting and the tacos were super flavorful! I got lengua and Al pastor tacos. In the front is a grocery store and in the back is the restaurant. The agua frescas are super juicy, my favorite is melon (cantaloupe).

We just went in because I looked at their rating and I was craving some empanadas. When we got in it smelled good and it looked clean and we got over to where the food was being prepared and as we were waiting in line, we watched a worker drop several jalapeños on the dirty floor and in the door frame to the back door of the restaurant so then which she picked up, and I assumed would throw them away immediately, and change her gloves and wash her hands, but she proceeded to place the back on the counter with the same gloves to cut them up to prepare them for peoples foodneedless to say we did not order we turned around and walked out. I am utterly disgusted, especially for someone that used to work in the food industry business.
