We recently moved to Pasco County from Pinellas County and have been looking for a new Sushi Thai spot. I think we found it! Food was delicious and the service was great too. Everyone was really friendly. We are very picky about where we get food out, but this place really impressed us with their quality. Will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere, clean restaurant and delicious food. I personally never had sushi, I tried it and got hooked with it. The plaza where the restaurant is located in has not entrance from US 19 and the restaurant is all the way in the back of the property. Hidden gem for sure. Highly recommended.

Love this little gem! Honeydew and her staff are so hardworking. Very clean establishment. Have been coming by here since they first opened. I love how popular they have become since then. Service is always top-notch. Stephanie was our server this time and was amazing. The food selection is pretty big! I highly recommend the Celebration Roll and Shumai.

I can't recommend this little spot highly enough! Tucked away in a shopping space off 19 between Port Richey and Hudson. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing, BEST crab Rangoon I've ever had and the sushi was amazing. It's going to be my favorite lunch spot when in Florida.

This place is amazing, the food was delicious, sorry about the pictures but we heard such good things about this place that we jump in to eat. Went out with a friend for dinner and had a great time! Food was delicious, service excellent, sake very good too! Menu extensive and has something for everyone- I have food allergies and was happy with all of the options. Will definitely be coming back again.

What a surprising experience! I am a very picky sushi fan. This sushi was amazing! Incredibly fresh, accurate proportions, and great variety. It is difficult to find good sushi in this area, but this is by far the best I have had. I highly recommend trying Rooster Thai sushi if you are looking for fresh raw sushi.

Amazing place! The sushi, edamame, and poké bowl were all so so delicious! Our waitresses were all very attentive and helpful! I bought a t shirt too because I loved it so much!

Found the place on accident. It's a small but awesome place. The crab Rangoon is the absolute best I have ever had! The rolls were awesome. We are excited to try everything on the menu. One thing I highly recommend is if it's a prime time call for a reservation.

Cosy place with GREAT sushi! The location was a bit concerning as it is in the back of a seemingly closed up little shopping plaza. But happy customers have found the place and filled the chairs on a Tuesday night. Also, food deliveries were regularly going out the door. Everything was delicious from hot edamame to poke bowl to sushi. My favorite was the Sunshine dragon roll. I look forward to eating there again!

AMAZING!!!!! I was in town visiting relatives who live near the restaurant, and since I don't have any good Thai restaurants close to where I live in central FL, I took advantage of the location and ordered my favorite dishes. I got the Panang curry, Tom Kha, and after reading the rave reviews for the crispy duck, an order of the Kamo Ramen. WOW!!! What a hidden gem this place is! The food was incredible, and a great value. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in town. Thank you so much!

After reading the reviews we decided to give this sushi/Thai spot a try. Our server was very friendly, however there was one woman (she acted like a manager) that seemed to be annoyed and just having an off day. She took care of folks but her abrasiveness definitely showcased in her delivery. We started with crab rangoons and gyoza. The rangoons were delicious, I wouldn’t order the potstickers again. We got a few rolls one was on the specials board and a spicy salmon. We also did yellowtail sashimi. All the sushi had great flavor and fish tasted fresh. My husband always tries the pad Thai when we first try a new Thai restaurant. The first few bites were good but became overly sweet very quickly. Overall nice experience, I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back though.

New to the Hudson area and lover of Sushi. Found this place via Google and decided to give it a try. Got there a bit late and there was still a wait to get in. Glad we waited because this place was awesome. The spicy garlic edamame was wonderful. Had all types of sushi, sashimi, and rolls from the menu and everything was absolutely wonderful and fresh. Will definitely be going back here again.

My fiance and I tried Rooster Thai off Us-19 and it was EXCEPTIONALLY AMAZING. The location was quaint and cute, menu had great choices, the specials were delicious, and the food was WOW! I ordered the Fantacy Roll off the specials board to start. SO fresh and huge! Next for me was the Roasted Duck Ramen, so crispy on top. Fiance got Teriyaki Chicken and devoured it. I also ordered Nigiri and was so fresh. To finish we had the Green Tea Tempura Cheesecake to go and it was SO yum! They fried the whole piece. Oh and don't forget the Saki 😁 I highly recommend trying! They should move downtown or to Trinity, they would be slammed all the time

Wow! Absolutely delicious Tonkotsu. The pork broth was devine perfection. The Thai ice tea was a tad too sweet for me but it had a great flavor and I'd definitely get it again. Pleasantly surprised by this place. Ashley, the person who served new, was wonderful! I will be back!

If you are into great sushi prepared with beautiful presentation in a great atmosphere than you should definitely try Rooster Thai. We just happened to stumble upon this place which is tucked away inside a bunch of other buildings and I'm glad we did. Prices may be above average for this area but I thought it was worth every cent. I would certainly give Rooster Thai a try if you like sushi and Thai food.

Great experience at this restaurant. All the servers were extremely kind and attentive. My boyfriend got sushi rolls. He wished the Mexican roll had the fried shrimp tail at the end of those rolls though. The crab rangoon and spring rolls are delicious appetizers. I had the pad Thai meal. Also very good. The atmosphere is nice as well. We'll be back for another date night.

So unassuming. Consistently SO good. They make the best Crab Rangoon I’ve ever had. All their sushi rolls are made with care and interesting combinations. It’s a small place so expect a wait now that everybody discovered it. Totally hidden away and a gem on Highway 19. If there’s a way go have a beer at tap this as they need the business, it seems. They have some interesting beers while you wait for your table. Worried Rooster Thai & Sushi is going to expand and the ambience will be gone. if you can order the “smoky roll” - served under a dome with smoke - very fancy! If they are too busy ( like tonight) it will not get accepted. (It’s not on the menu). Had the Fantasy Roll this time and loved it! Nigori sake is my favorite and they had a nice variety of flavors. Had mango, which was awesome. Can’t say enough good about this place.

This is by far my top choice for food when I am craving fresh, beautiful and vibrant flavors! Delicious and fresh sushi rolls are one of my top picks. The Poké bowls are out of this world! Found my new favorite sushi place. Large variety of food from ramen to sushi to curry. Amazing Thai Iced Tea, great service and a cozy, friendly atmosphere. Just a local mom and pop restaurant where the people are nice. We need to help out these smaller businesses in times like these and this is a place if you’re trying to help some good people out.

Sushi is amazing!!! Service was above and beyond! This was our first time there and it will definitely not be our last. I definitely recommend it. We made a reservation because it was Saturday dinner hour and the table was ready when we arrived.

Just wow! Definitely a new fav restaurant of mine. Went for the first time last night and everything was incredible! Charity was an awesome server, very attentive and kind. The Summer Roll was made for me! Soooo delicious! The crispy Duck Pad Thai was super yummy too. Small place but stays busy tables always full and to go orders are constant too, and I can totally see why, this place is FREAKIN AWESOME!

A great Thai and Sushi place tucked into the back of a small courtyard behind the fountain. The massaman curry was very flavorful and the sauce was good enough to drink. The Salmon Ocean Roll was very refreshing and a great starter. Fresh sushi, flavorful and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Bro really?? This place is everything I wanted it to be when I was browsing online and scoping out the menu prior to visiting. You know our town has a lot of quality sushi places and yet this place stands out to me as the classiest and snazziest of them all. Pasco County sushi establishments need to all pitch their tent in the direction of Rooster Thai Sushi. This is the atmosphere I want when I'm eating sushi, I feel like I'm in the city. Had to consider ordering an entire second round of sushi because I was so happy with what I got, and I still have the entire Thai side of the menu to try out (but what I could smell while in-visiting from other tables' orders was tantalizing and terrific foreshadowing for my next visit). I'm already excited to come back. Thanks for being a premium choice for our area, RTS edit 1: I came back the next day because I was so happy, and I loved it doubly as much. Severely good lunch prices that beat out their competitors at every level. Can't wait to come back again and again.

After many recommendations, my fiancé and I went for the first time for dinner tonight, and they did not disappoint! Everything came out fast, fresh, hot, and delicious. The rolls were perfect, the pork in the ramen was the most tender I've ever had, and the duck was crispy and flavorful. All of their staff were awesome, especially our server Megan, and the owner and manager were also very kind and welcoming. Seriously a cute, cozy little spot. We will absolutely be back. I've heard their crab Rangoon is amazing--next time! 😁

This place is a prime example of why I want google to have half stars. I can't give it 5 stars, but I so think it is a little better than a 4. The food was pretty good, the staff was okay, the restaurant itself was very nice. I would return here, definitely one of the better spots in the area.

We LOVE Rooster Thai!! We’ve been multiple times and have left happy and stuffed each time. We have tried something different each time we’ve come and have never disliked a single thing. We have been coming for over two years and it’s only gotten better! My favorites are the dragon roll and the Tom kha soup 🤤 🤤 If you are looking for Thai food in Pasco, this is the place! The owners are amazing and the wait staff are always so knowledgeable and friendly!

The best thai spot in the area! In addition to great Thai they serve killer poke and sushi. We eat here 2 or three times a week. Also this is the Thai that I was used to eating when I lived in Thailand for 2 years. You will feel like part of their family with the excellent service.

I had the beef pad thai and it was wicked yummy. We moved to FL from MA and have not been able to find a place that has pad thai similar to our previous home. This place was perfect. Just about the same. Service was great and food was awesome. Tried their thai sampler...very yummy. Definitely coming back for more!

The girl behind the counter informed me that it is her mom that makes the Thai food and her husband that makes the sushi. We will happily continue to support this locally owned family business!!
