express
my
extreme
dissatisfaction
with
the
level
of
service
provided
by
your
company,
particularly
in
relation
to
the
ongoing
issues
with
the
lift
in
the
Emerald
Building,
John
Kennedy
49
Limassol.
For
several
months,
and
year
after
year
(winter
after
winter),
the
lift
in
the
Emerald
Building
Blok
B,
has
been
experiencing
persistent
problems,
and
your
company
has
consistently
failed
to
address
and
rectify
the
situation.
The
lack
of
urgency
and
efficiency
in
resolving
this
matter
is
both
frustrating
and
unacceptable.
Despite
numerous
complaints
and
service
requests
submitted
to
your
company,
it
is
disheartening
to
see
that
the
lift
issues
remain
unresolved.
The
inconvenience
caused
to
the
residents
and
visitors
of
the
Emerald
Building
is
immeasurable.
Such
prolonged
negligence
raises
serious
concerns
about
the
competence
and
reliability
of
Blue-Orange
Maintenance
Company.
It
is
baffling
that
a
maintenance
company
entrusted
with
the
upkeep
of
essential
facilities
like
lifts
cannot
fulfill
its
basic
responsibilities
in
a
timely
manner.
Residents
have
been
subjected
to
inconvenience,
and
the
prolonged
lack
of
proper
lift
service
is
not
only
an
inconvenience
but
also
a
potential
safety
hazard.
This
persistent
problem
reflects
poorly
on
the
reputation
of
Blue-Orange
Maintenance
Company,
and
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
dissatisfaction
publicly.
It
is
my
hope
that
this
review
serves
as
a
wake-up
call
for
your
company
to
prioritize
customer
satisfaction
and
take
immediate
action
to
address
the
ongoing
lift
issues
at
the
Emerald
Building.
If
these
concerns
are
not
addressed
promptly,
I
will
have
no
choice
but
to
explore
alternative
maintenance
providers
for
our
building
and
encourage
others
to
do
the
same.
