    I put 5 stars, not for the company as a whole, but for a particular staff member, Katia Komodorou. Katia has always gone above and beyond to help with any problems on the complex my property is on. She is polite, motivated and happy to help. In short- the company needs more Katias. The other staff members I have come across have also been very professional.

    I put 4 stars because things are going better and better with the new management team (and those who stayed with the precedent).In fact we have had in the beginning of this year ,for the General Assembly Meeting , discussions with the new director, the Customer Care services ,and the Credit Control services .After election of the committee ,the new committee discussed about the way to reduce the complexes' expenses in reducing electricity and water consumption, they made what we asked for and today everybody is happy (knowing the new prices of electricity and water ).We discussed about the way to clean the building and the housekeeper have time now to clean outside and inside the building . For the swimming pool we discussed about the best way to keep it in winter time , and finally we agreed to maintain maintenance as it is ,(covering the pool or stopping the pumps could damage the equipment and therefore be of no interest). Gardening , issues related to bad payers have been addressed, and solutions are being worked on. In conclusion, for me the secretary of the committee i say that if one want to see the complete effectiveness of BLUE ORANGE , we have to participate with them !!! one can't remain a spectator of the life of the building and then criticize ...You have to say to the doctor the symptoms to get the right treatment .

    Blue Orange is managing the complex where my wife and I living happily in Anarita, Cyprus. For the last 5 years they are taking good care and they are always there when we need them with kindness and with a smile.

    We have owned our property for 16 years and have always received excellent service. Always professional courteous and helpful. Very glad we have BLue Orange as our Management Company to turn to with any problem large or small. The Customer Service team are a credit to this company.

    Nothing but positive reviews from me. No matter how small the issue, Silvia and her team are on it! Working with them as a most recently appointed committee member for and on behalf of the owners at our complex. As with everything it’s purely down to teamwork, and my first impressions are of a Pro Active company, who really want to help. Our relationship is good and it is two way in terms of communication. An example of this was when a lift malfunctioned, a call to Blue Orange and within 30 minutes the lift engineer was there and it was fixed. We have a few more issues, and again Silvia and her team are on it. Well done Blue Orange! And thank you for remedying our needs.

    We had a constructive meeting with Maria Frederiksen, Senior Customer Care Manager and Katia on 3rd November. Repairs to the roof had already started and were completed to an excellent standard by Christos. Repairs to apartment B303 were started on 4th November and the owners are extremely pleased with the standard of work carried out by Christos. Christos is a pleasant, very hard worker who is a credit to the company. The pane of glass in exit door adjacent to lift has also repaired in a timely fashion. Unfortunately the repair to the tiles in top corridor has not been undertaken, nor has repair to intercom system in apartment B306.

    Very professional and trustworthy company! We bought our apartment few months ago and have been pleasantly surprised by the fast response and effectiveness of solutions offered to problems that we had at the property. The communal areas are cleaned very well,gardens kept tidy,pools are very good looked after. The customer care department team is amazing,many thanks to Maya Sotirova for the assistance that she always provide on time and with kindness. Keep up the great work! 👍👍

    Services in this company exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly responsive and attentive. It is especially important to me that they have an employee who speaks Russian well. I entrusted them with my property, and I couldn't be happier with the decision.     I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by your company, particularly in relation to the ongoing issues with the lift in the Emerald Building, John Kennedy 49 Limassol. For several months, and year after year (winter after winter), the lift in the Emerald Building Blok B, has been experiencing persistent problems, and your company has consistently failed to address and rectify the situation. The lack of urgency and efficiency in resolving this matter is both frustrating and unacceptable. Despite numerous complaints and service requests submitted to your company, it is disheartening to see that the lift issues remain unresolved. The inconvenience caused to the residents and visitors of the Emerald Building is immeasurable. Such prolonged negligence raises serious concerns about the competence and reliability of Blue-Orange Maintenance Company. It is baffling that a maintenance company entrusted with the upkeep of essential facilities like lifts cannot fulfill its basic responsibilities in a timely manner. Residents have been subjected to inconvenience, and the prolonged lack of proper lift service is not only an inconvenience but also a potential safety hazard. This persistent problem reflects poorly on the reputation of Blue-Orange Maintenance Company, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction publicly. It is my hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for your company to prioritize customer satisfaction and take immediate action to address the ongoing lift issues at the Emerald Building. If these concerns are not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to explore alternative maintenance providers for our building and encourage others to do the same.

    Poor services, expensive , poor workmanship. Swimming pools always going green. Too many hours spent in gardening. Properties kept clean. People in office always helpful but not backed up by staff. Parking issues on some developments. Doors often left opens and not checked by security. Not sure what security do really.
