    I paid for delivery within seven working days on 27/08/22. Requested refund on 17/09/22 after no delivery and multiple missed callbacks and delivery promises that never showed. JT Spas now refusing to provide a refund. I received a message saying the item is ready to be delivered on 21/09/22 despite the requested refund through PayPal on 17/09/22. Which highlights the lack of organisation of the business. Customer experience is incredibly poor. For example, I spoke with one of their customer service agents on 16/09/22, being told the delivery will be on 20/09/22. I spoke with the courier ten minutes later to confirm, and they stated at this point, they still had not received the item, and the earliest delivery would be 21/09/22 or 22/09/22. Purchased with a different retailer on 17/09/22 and received on 21/09/22 (next working day). Definitely worth not shopping at JT Spas.

    Here come the clowns... I ordered a steam bath on 28th December. They couldn't find a box so just didn't bother to dispatch it. Eventually after several calls from me due to bathroom beung ripped out/plumbers boooked, and facing cancellation, I was offered a different model. This was almost a month after I placed the order. They could have offered an alternative from the start! I explained I was away for a long weekend when delivery was due. The delivery arrived, at a time different to what was arranged, when I was not home my 85 year old neighbours had to let the driver in. When the plumber opened the packaging after I returned from the weekend the panels were damaged on 6 corners and the coating flaking. JT Spas refused to replace them and told me to bend them back and offered £50 'as a goodwill gesture'. The unit cost me £1599. I declined and requested £150 refund to settle. They have refused this and say it's my fault for not opening the boxes within 24-48hrs. I'd rather refuse the £50 and tell Jo Public not to buy from these clowns.

    My own experience with this company is disaster. This company run from no idea where. They had one person take orders and answer phones and lie to customer. Please read feed back from customer before making order as such companies use your money when you make the order and fail to deliver. I placed an order for Quadrant shower and stone tray and paid in full in order. 10 days elapsed and never received acknowledgement or the order and started to ring the company and said we have to contact the couriers and call you back. They never call back. 17 Times I have to call them daily nearly and every time they have different excuses to us finally after 22 days I called them and they said, the courier is going to collect from our warehouse Friday and they will contact you. again 5 more days I waited and no calls from them or at least delivery date. Finally, after failing to get a date for delivery from them i realized this company is playing tactics, using your money to gain interest and they failing to deliver. I lost faith in such company how they operate in U.K and to the level you have to stress out, lose patience to fight for your order to be delivered. They lie on their web as there Web is designed in a manner to trap people and when it comes to service and delivery it is rubbish. To get refund after cancellation after waiting 22 days and failing to get our order I have had no choice but to cancel the order and wait another 10 days to receive our refund. What a brilliant customer service from company like this who kept lying and promising without delivery. At the end I have to order it from Victorian plumbing and pay £34 additional charge to get the Quadrant shower next day delivery. Please please do not use such company as they are selling you words and no actions !!!!

    Disappointing quality, wouldn't recommend! I ordered a spa bath, three issues experienced in the one order; (1) I rang and asked to remove the waste and plug well in advance of delivery and it was confirmed this would be removed and I would be refunded. It arrived with it and when I checked my bank account - no refund. I rang them and they eventually found the call details and said the Operator forgot to hit save. (2) The bath legs didn't fit the bath, they didn't fit around the piping and my fitter was therefore unable to fit the bath on the day booked and I had to wait around 5 days for them to arrive. The existing bath had been removed by the time we realised so I was without a bath or shower for this time and needing to go to work in a professional job. I live in a one bedroom flat. It delayed the entire job and cost me money paying my fitter purely because they'd sent the wrong parts. (3) The bath end costing £30 was the wrong width. 750mm for a 700mm bath which required removing the lip to fit to size, doubling the fitting time but also a shabby, unprofessional finish, with no sturdiness, or rigidity, likely to get broken in the not too distant future. You don't tend to expect fitters to cut plastic because it's prone to crack. Ultimately I had to purchase the correct end from Travis Perkins for nearly half the price, £16.38 to get a professional finish on the bath I'd paid a lot of money for. After raising the issue they simply replied you have to cut it to size yourself and offered no resolution whatsoever.

    AWFUL COMPANY. PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. A DISGRACE. AVOID. LEGAL COUNSEL HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED DUE TO THEIR FAILINGS. UPDATE: They attempted to get the review deleted but failed miserably.

    I purchased a jaccuzzi/spa bath from JT Spas. Whilst I have no complaints relating to their customer service or delivery, my issue is with the product. My spa looks and works beautifully. However it seems to either be fragile or have a design fault. There is a plastic cover that conceals the waste. When in place and if stepped on can move and when it does it can puncture a hole in the fibreglass spa which it has done on two occasions now the first causing terrible flooding. I now no longer place it in the bath but wish I had learned from the first time it happened. The material the cover is made from is not the same as the bath, its solid quite heavy plastic that chips or in my case punctures the fibreglass with minimal force. I think JT Spas need to re-think this design.

    So the most unfortunate part is we hadn’t read the reviews prior to our purchase of two steam showers. The initial delivery turned up as planned, however the “courier” opened the rear door of their van…. The parcels all 22 of them looked like they had been in a washing for 3 weeks-(we took photos as security because by now we had read the reviews and we were naturally concerned), not one box was secured properly and I declined the delivery, i simply didn’t have either the time nor inclination to check for damages when it was beyond reasonable doubt we would be sending the majority of it back. The courier understood and went on his way. We then contacted jt spas and they were apologetic and explained they would check all of the packages for damages and make sure everything was in good order before re delivering it. Fast forward 2 weeks to the next delivery and we were welcomed with a similar situation, (more photos taken) however we were informed by the same courier that the products had been checked and everything was fine, and it was bad packaging. Unfortunately I only checked the main boxes I suspected to contain damaged products, which I did find slight damage but as an engineer I could rectify myself, rather than in my mind enter a monotonous process with jt spas, after a few weeks I had the time to build said steam shower enclosures, we had been given a left handed tray and right handed enclosure, there were dents or scratches in pretty much every element, the quality in my professional opinion is far from acceptable, I chose not to contact them based on the reviews and the service initially provided, I was lucky to get both products on a Black Friday deal but now I see they are retailing for circa £2k each! I’m not one to usually write reviews but in this case I feel I need to to warn off potential customers, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PRODUCTS! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! , oh and just for information purposes jt spas is simply a trading name for mck international ltd, most of the directors have a minimum of 2 dissolved companies- go figure !

    Ordered steam/shower pod. Delighted with both price and the product. Did have a few parts for internal glass shelf missing. After contacting JT Spa it was sent out same day and received speedily. Excellent service.

    Do not deal with this company or person. It’s an absolute rip off. They promise a delivery date of 1/2 weeks and then 3 months after they say oh your delivery is coming today but you need to be there to help offload it. The delivery driver who was a subcontractor told me the local factory who make the baths as a fraction of the cost only got the order days ago despite JT spas saying it has been made months ago. Lies after lies. Do not deal with them. Look around as they are expensive and you will not get your goods within the time you are promised. I know of two people now with similar experiences. Also they write emails with different names but it’s the same one man band pretending they are a large company. Actually it’s one man operating as a drop shipper from Belfast. Stay away don’t make my mistake
