We were a bit nervous after seeing a few recent negative reviews, but our experience was nothing but positive! Drinks, food, and service were all top notch. We had the citrus salad, sea bass, and key lime pie desert. All delicious. Whatever they've changed recently, it's working!

Hard to review restaurant and bar separately, but here goes. The dinner was great, Servive as well. Catch of the day was a little dry for me. But it was a nice experience. The bar should have been equally as pleasant. However, I asked for a Glenlivet 18. They told me they didn’t have it. I asked for something similar. They brought a $75 dollar whiskey. Since I had a double I received a bill for $150 for the drink. It’s not the amount that got to me, it’s just that Glenlivet would have been $50 total. So they should have mentioned the whiskey was not similar in price. It actually wasn’t as good as Glenlivet anyway. I know you should not come here and worry about price but that felt out of bounds to me.

This place is a gem.. outdoor and cliffside oceanfront restaurant has it all: views, beauty, food, live music and incredible service.. especially Ramiro and Antonio. They took amazing care of us and I would highly recommend Agua for dinner regardless if you’re staying at One and Only Pamilla. Fabulous dinner with fantastic ambiance. Thank you OOPalmilla!

I believe this is only my fourth review in easily 10+ years on Google but this place was so bad I had to write one. From the moment we TRIED to walk in the restaurant staff was rude. Management was unhelpful after the fact and the food/drink was generally unimpressive as well. Not sure how this place has the stars that it does. If you frequent decent restaurants with any consistency even without the negative human interaction this place would deserve 2.5 stars, max. Would never go again and wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed at the One and Only Palmilla for our honeymoon and the entire experience was incredible. We started our mornings with breakfast at Agua. Everything from the smoothies, to the Mexican style breakfast, to the french toast was amazing. We looked forward to the breakfast everyday. Fernando greeted us when we came to the pool in the afternoons. His smiling face and kind demeanor was always appreciated and welcoming. The guys at the bar- Hector, Victor, and Sebastian- were also incredible and very attentive to our needs. There were also many other staff at the pool that checked on us regularly and made sure we had cold waters constantly. We look forward to the next time we can stay at the Palmilla as it was truly a pleasure.

The staff at Agua is AMAZING! They are so attentive and accommodating, Islander, Luis, Jesus, Jose, Alejandro, Manuel, and Gabriel (there are many more by my memory escapes me), go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. The food is delicious, the views superb! It you like calamari it was incredible, as was the guacamole … yummy! We stayed at the resort -which is spectacular- and will be counting the days until we come again.

Best vacation spot for families. The food is excellent, and the workers are polite and respectful. This place is amazing. Can't say enough about the One and Only.

Our Favorite place in The One&Only Palmilla is Agua Resturant and the location on the beach. The food is so fresh and you can’t go wrong with the catch of the day! We love the stuff and the service is exceptional. Thank you Alfonso for make us feel so special like always! 🫶🥂❤️

Wonderful place for special event! We didn’t stay at the resort, but we chose to celebrate our anniversary here. The view was amazing! The food was great. Staff were attentive and went above and beyond to provide stellar service. Price was high but well worth the overall experience! I would recommend!

Celebrated our 10th anniversary at the resort and it was our first time in Cabo. We ate breakfast here every day and were overwhelmed by the delicious food, the kind and super polite staff, and the beautiful atmosphere. Both Solomon and Sissa waited on us more than once and truly went above and beyond to provide us with the best dining experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Such a wonderful and memorable time staying here for us. We will certainly be back!

Had lunch here after golf and would definitely recommend it! Salomon was a fantastic server, the view is incredible and make sure to try the fish tacos!

What a lovely evening we had dining outdoors at a cozy table for two overlooking San Jose del Cabo. The food, the wine and the service was excellent. It's definitely a special place we will return to next time we come to town.

Ramiro and Antonio were a delight and super helpful with our menu choices. The food and ambience were wonderful, and we really enjoyed our dinner with the beautiful views of the bay. Highly recommend to anyone considering having dinner here.

1st of all ...Our homemade fettuccine pasta was dry & I kept running lobster shells.. I couldn't even enjoy my meal from picking shells out of my food. you're better off renting a home there with the chef to come in and cook like we did a few yrs ago....Haaaaa. listen, the waiters were very attentive, but our meal lacked heart..

Agua is wonderful. The force you to slow down. They walk you to your table slowly and then you are never rushed. The quality of the food is high. The preparation was great. The oysters and the duck empanada were fantastic. The salads were both well prepared. The kids loved the churros, ice cream, and Nutella brownie. Adults loved the mango sorbet. We had 3 types of margaritas that were delicious tamarind, spicy Reyes, and one with watermelon juice. The only thing that would lower the rating is that we had to track the servers down to order dessert and then to pay. We were there for a later lunch and they seemed to have forgotten about us by that time. Still the atmosphere is lovey, beautiful jungle like garden around, lovely decor, relaxing environment. It’s a bit pricy but they are clear about that when you look at the menu. You get what you pay for.

Fantastic atmosphere and service. The food is super good as well - do yourself a favor and just order the sautéed jumbo shrimp. It’s one of the best dishes on property and we ordered it twice because it was so good.

Lovely for cocktails by the pool or the fire pit. Live music .Grilled shrimp, roasted sea bass in a spicy Moroccan style was the best and excellent service. Chocolate peanut desserts. They are very conscientious about food allergies.

Stay away, does not deserve the 4.7 stars. The ambiance is the only nice thing about this place. All else sucked! Food was mediocre at most.

Francisco and his team did a fantastic job taking care of our party of four! Beautiful scenery and wonderful meals all around! Sautéed shrimp, tortilla soup, filet, and sea bass all were cooked to perfection and delicious! Thoughtful and attentive wait staff! Would definitely return!

Best meal and ambiance we had while we were in Cabo. 10/10 recommend.
