They have excellent enchiladas suizas, enfrijoladas, and guacamole! The coffee is hit and miss (seems to depend on who’s making it that day). The location is fantastic and the WiFi is usually decently fast. Great place!

Nothing wrong with the food but it was average and the service also average. We had the two burgers, the chips were good. The menu serves a range of American food from Pasta, burgers, sushi (strangely!), steaks, Chicken Kiev’s. $120-140 MXN for burgers (which is a typical price for the other mains excluding the steaks) and $32MXN for beers.

Horrible experience! I had chicken and mushroom pasta with black hair in it. My partner got burger that arrived 30 mins after I was finished!!! And he got a food poisoning. When I tried to pay 2 waiters were making out, one was on the phone. I had to run around to pay. Not attentive at all! Worst experience in Mexico in 2 months traveling!!! And I had some shady tacos from street vendors!!

Awesome restaurant with great service and food was a 10. Great sushi rolls and fried rice. Excellent flavor and value. Great street side tables in front of the square.

Extremely burnt fish. Told the owner but he said it was as it was and was indifferent to the feedback. Did nothing to improve the dish. Bad service too.

Good food and prices. Great ambiance. Their fried bananas with hazelnut creme are delicious!

Found this place on the corner of the square. Very friendly and efficient service. Clean restaurant and bathroom. We had Enchiladas de Mole and the mole sauce was delicious, as well as a pasta dish with Spanish chorizo, bacon and zucchini, also very tasty. The coffee was good - I prefer it a little stronger but both the capuchino and cafe con leche were repeatable. We hope to return soon to try more of the extensive menu.

Nothing fabulous, but location, location, location. Sit at an outside table as long as you like. Prices are okay (a bit high, but again, location!). Service was kind of poor as it is at almost all places in Comitán, but all servers were pleasant. My breakfast today was eggs with chorizo (comes with a smidge of frijolitos and delicious fried plátano). Ask for the 'paquete' for 19 pesos more and you'll get coffee/tea and fruit/juice. I got a large portion of papaya and a little pot of hot milk for my coffee. There were also (really) hot tortillas, a basket of bread with jam and a decent salsa. With IVA & built-in tip, it was a whopping $115MN, but I won't need lunch! A good "go to" place especially if you want to hang out awhile.

Great place in the heart of the city! Cool atmosphere and decoration, very freindly stuff. Good menu with a wide variety of mexican and international cuisine, but not many options for vegeterians/vegans. Some of the dishes we had were amazing (veggie salad totally recommended), while others, were just adequate. Big portions and reasonable prices in an overall above the average place for Comitan!

Very friendly stuff. Descent place to eat with cheap prices and tasty food. Not many vegetarian options though🥶.

I did not like the food, it had a weird taste to it (pechuga de Tio Beli) it was a hint of sweet and the ham inside the chicken filet tasted awful, and than they serve it colorless very unattractive plating with only a spoonful of (fresh! that was nice) Mashed potatoes. No veggies, no color. The fries ordered by my travel companion were chewy and greasy. Please do not include the tip in the bill, it is not allowed in Mexico, the tip is for the customer to decide not for the restaurant to demand.

I had nachos, so no biggie, but was blown away at their locally brewed beer. Named after the city itself, Comitan, it is flavorful and doesn't bloat your belly like it can in the states.

Nice place. We found out that they add the 10% tip automatically with the bill. I guess that is why they have very slow service even when there were two others in the restaurant. The food was very oily, and coffee was terrible!
