A bar with live music near the beach. We were treated to a heavy band and on the second night a Beepop band from Tenerife. There wasn't a lot of audience at the heavy gig, but some of them were clearly fans of the band. The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful. On the second night, the audience was much larger. Apparently, the restaurant's repertoire includes a lot of different music, jazz and blues. Free entry, the club opens quite late and the showtime is approx. 10:30 p.m.

Live music venue with a mix of styles from 50s swing to 80s rock. Drinks at regular bar prices. Low ceiling means difficult to see stage unless near the front.

The music and ambience is great but without a proper AC system that works installed it gets ridiculously, uncomfortablely hot in there. Management needs to take a look at that.

This review is based on my first an so far only but hopefully not last visit of La Guarida del Blues. The place is located directly at the beach. Inside there is a small stage, a bar and about 15 tables with high chairs to mingle around. The prices for the drinks are reasonable. The wine and potatoe chips I had tasted good and the bar man was friendly. The main reason the people go there I guess are the concerts. I went to a really enjoyable concert / blues jam session of the duo Cool2 and a saxophonist named The Sax. People in the audience were dancing and really enjoying themselves. The age range was between maybe 30 and 70. For me, there is nothing more I can ask for when I go to a concert.

This establishment is now closed down! We took a taxi to it today to be told in the adjoining hotel that it is out of business.

😠 BE CAREFUL! There are living some homeless people on this beach who are trying to steal your things while you are in the water. I saw a big guy without hairs while I was in the water how he took my things while I was in the water. They are living next to the tennis places in tents, I marked it on t...
