😠 The food is very good but they take away portions (for example: if you order a whole chicken, they serve it without a thigh). The price is expensive compared to other establishments of this type. Terrible attention! In addition, they make you wait an awful lot for the food and sometimes after waitin... People often mention good, order,

Very expensive, the truth is that they worked well for us. Compared to the small amount of the ration in general. Which I consider precarious, given that for what they charged us, they should have included natural potatoes and not packaged ones. It does not have a variety of types of meat, nor in desserts. The area is not touristy, nor does it have good views. We have been disappointed with the site.

The dough is extra thin for an arepa and 3 of us asked ourselves...where is the avocado?

The food is very good but they take away portions (for example: if you order a whole chicken, they serve it without a thigh). The price is expensive compared to other establishments of this type. Terrible attention! In addition, they make you wait an awful lot for the food and sometimes after waiting so long they don't serve you everything you ordered. The dataphone never works and they don't tell you about it before you sit down. The truth is that very bad service.

The food is wonderful. Great meat. Friendly service. Good price for Las Palmas. The cachapas and arepas are just divine. Recommend this place. 100% delicious food.

Authentic Venezuelan food! Arepitas, tequeños, guasacaca... and an exceptional grill. Essential to try good food.

Authentic Venezuelan food at a very affordable price. If you doubt one of the best restaurants to eat informally and at a good price.

A most bizarre experience was going to eat at that place. Very, very clueless waitresses who didn't know what dish they were bringing to the table and when you asked them for something you had to stand behind them even arepas with a very different flavor than the ones I've tried in other places (and not exactly better). On top of that, I got a piece of eggshell as a gift in one of them. Plates of fries at a gold price and on top of that they offer us an avocado sauce that when they brought it didn't look like that at all, it tasted more like pepper and on top of that they charge us for it separately. In short, I will never return there, nor do I recommend it at all.

The service and food were very good! Especially the meat, chicken and cheese tostones, and the fact that they had frescolita for me was a total plus! The only thing was that I ordered the cachapa with hand cheese but I think they served me another cheese (it was still good, only the cheese was not the one I ordered). And that the point of sale to pay by card was not useful, so others should carry cash just in case! But overall very good and I would return!🇻🇪

I loved. The atmosphere reminds you of your country, the food, you feel that emotion of remembering

Good afternoon. My experience of this place is disastrous. I have gone and also placed home delivery orders. The truth is that the last time I went to the place, it made me want to get up because the quality of customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It is saved because the food is delicious. Then, also as I said before, I have placed home delivery orders and each time something different happens to me. 1st, they never take the stipulated time of 45 minutes that they have in the applications, taking almost 2 hours for some cachapas. 2nd, when they don't have something, instead of removing it from the application like other places, they leave it and charge you for it and when the order arrives at home you realize that you don't have the entire order. To all this we have to add the calls to canary flash, that they call the restaurant, that I give them other options, that canary flash contact me and give me the relevant options and again canary flash contact the restaurant again and they bring us the order I don't know how long after. 3º The last thing this restaurant has done to me is that I place an order, they charge it and after a while they call me and tell me that they have to cancel the order because they can't do it because they are full and that they will refund the money to me in two days. My question is: if they can't make HOME ORDERS, why do they have the application open? Why don't they hire more staff? Or why don't they prioritize or do things properly? They waste the customer's time.
