A hole in the wall Colombian eatery with tasty meals. It gets crowded as soon as it opens for lunch at 1pm. I ate here three days worth of lunches in a row and had the set lunch of pork chop (€7.50) that came with chips, salad, a drink, and a free bread roll. I also tried the bandeja paisa (€16), a hearty meal of rice, kidney beans, shredded beef, beef steak (I swopped out the pork rind), fried egg, tapioca, maize bread, fried banana, salad and sausage. I recommend sharing this, otherwise is too much! I had the sancocho de pollo (€8.50) with a drink. It came with a complimentary salsa. The complimentary side changes from day to day. Downside (or upside, depending on how you see it): you’ll walk out with your clothes smelling like the good fried Colombian kitchen.

I love this restaurant and sancocho but they should update their hours. I came hungry at 1pm and they said its open at 1:30. On GMB they have open from 11. I am very disappointed and hungry.

We passed by this small restaurant and we couldn't believe how full it was. On our way back we managed to find a table and ordered the daily menu lunch. We shared the soup and main dish, and it was enough for both of us. The waiter said he didn't speak English, but he spoke quite well and always with a smile on his face. The food is simple and traditional and full of flavor, and the portions are huge. It's like eating at your grandma's house who only cooks Columbian dishes. We will definitely come back at least one more time while we are here.

(Translated by Google) Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants of typical Colombian food. If you want to try a really typical and tasty cuisine, you have to try here. The prices are super good and they also serve exotic fruit drinks. You have to go early because sometimes there are queues to get in. The location is next to Las Canteras beach in the heart of the city.

Food and service was superb! We loved the soup. Communicating could be a challenge to non-Spanish speaking tourists. The dining area is open air and along the street.
