Waited 30 minutes+ To pay. The Food I took to takeaway was cold by the time I got home. I was a solo diner who wanted to quickly eat and leave so this was very annoying as it took me less than 30 seconds to pay and my waiter ignored me after I received my food. The guy who helped me in the end was nice so I tipped him but he also took a really long time due to being understaffed which I understand. Nice location and food just more staff needed I think.

One of the bests! Where tourists can enjoy as much as locals :) Wide range of great wines, super friendly and nice staffs... fast service even in rush hour, fresh ingredients, amazing combination of flavors for food 👌🏻 highly recommend the vanilla-chocolate-cookie for desert!

Fried aubergine with cane honey is very delicious . I've got salmon and my friend got pan seared with bacon and artichokes. All in all great meal

+ cozy environment + canellonne chichen was very good + reasonable price - not very pleasant service - the burger wasn't good - soggy bun that was falling apart and unseasoned paty. The chips next to the burger were greasy and unseasoned.

Staff with a few exceptions not really friendly. Starters were good, for the main courses the meat was not well cooked as requested in advance. Was remade but no excuse was made. Main dishes of very mediocre quality.

The best meal and best value we had in Las Palmas. Apart from the advertised opening time of 8pm on Sundays being incorrect (it should be 8:30pm) I have nothing but praise for this restaurant. The setting is great, the food really inventive, tasty and well cooked and remarkably good value compared with many other restaurants. Even the wine as well priced.

Disappointing. I really wanted to like this place more. Maybe on a another visit, it'd be different. 3 stars for professional wait-staff. -2 for the food experience. I like to taste a few simple dishes when I visit a place for the first time. My feeling is if they pay attention to the simple things, then there's a good chance the rest of the menu is worth trying. Unfortunately, I couldn't get past the starters. The croquettes were deep fried in dirty oil, which just wouldn't be acceptable in any non-tourist destination in Spain. Pretty disgusting. I also ordered a local cheese, that was grilled or warmed and served with marmalades. Not bad, but not great. The cheese itself isn't really that outstanding to warrant a dish of its own. I imagine they do nice fish and nice salads here. Maybe that's where I went wrong. I went on a weekend and there was a tsunami wave of customers that came in when they opened the doors for lunch. The staff hustled to accommodate everyone and managed, but it made for a bit of rushed experience, as opposed to a relaxing one. I get the sense the place gets a lot of traffic, at least on the weekend. It seemed to be a mix of locals and tourists, which I appreciated. I tried a glass of local wine, but I think it had been open the day before and not closed properly. It was a bit vinegary.

Great place for a dinner! Note that they open around 20:30 (8:30 pm), because we came at 8:15 and had to wait. Nice appetizers and amazing wine. Note that the portions are small to medium size, so starter meal + main + dessert is a perfect combination. Water is not free though (maybe it's a normal thing for Gran Canaria, but a bit sad for most European countries). I would definitely recommend it for a romantic date or a gathering with friends.

Really lovely restaurant. The staff were really accommodating and immediately gave us English menus. We were sat amongst lots of local people and all of their food looked amazing. I regrettably chose one of the grilled meats which was a little too charred and bland for my liking, but I tucked into some of my boyfriends meal and it was delightful. Would definitely come back and try something else!

Really enjoyed friendly service, especially funny Moriccan guy, all age groups including fat old guys like me. I had amazing Moroccan pastry horn filled with meat, then Dorada, all excellent

Great lunch and lovely service! You can book tables online even a few hours before which was super convenient. Don't miss the dessert cookie!

Right on the water's edge with views over the port. Tables on the terrace don't look out on the water but they're cosy and tucked away and shady. You definitely need to book for a weekend lunch but doing it online makes it easy. Value for money, delicious food, excellent service and an excerpt wine selection with lots of local Canary wines. I love it here and it's easier to park than any of the other Allende places in LPA
