Was
recommended
by
someone
to
try
here
so
went
for
lunch
some
two
months
ago.
Really
enjoyed
it.
Stayed
in
Las
Palmas
for
two
days
over
New
Year
and
chose
to
eat
here
on
the
the
30th
of
December
as
an
extra
special
night
out.
Ordered
from
the
15.95
menu.
Starters
were
great.
Tasty
salad
and
a
mushroom
risotto.
Our
main
courses
were
bought
out
long
before
we
had
finished
our
starters??
..Its
not
tapas!!
(Where
it
comes
as
it
ready..)
This
is
a
set
3
course
menu.
This
left
us
the
choice
of
finishing
our
starters
and
letting
our
mains
go
cold!!
Or
leaving
our
remaining
starters
to
eat
our
mains.
We
chose
to
finish
our
starters
since
we
were
enjoying
them.
Once
we
moved
on
to
our
mains
it
appeared
the
burger
was
dripping
blood
all
over
the
plate
and
bun-
I
asked
for
it
well
done.
And
the
entrecote
steak
was
really
under
done
-
rare..
when
it
was
asked
for
medium
to
well
done..
so
we
had
to
send
both
meals
back!!
why
o
why
were
the
meals
sent
out
early
before
we
finished
our
starters..
only
to
be
sent
back
as
severely
under
cooked
to
how
we
had
ordered
them.
The
extra
10
minutes
on
the
grill
would
have
cooked
both
meals
perfectly
and
not
resulted
in
sending
it
back
and
early
mains
service??
Bizarre!!.
such
a
shame
of
bad
back
of
house
management.
I've
worked
in
catering
for
15
yrs
and
know
how
its
supposed
to
work.
The
waiting
staff
were
very
pleasant
and
apologetic
and
explained
the
chef
made
a
mistake??
Hmm..
I
believe
due
to
many
big
tables
set
up
inside
it
was
more
a
case
of
get
out
the
little
tables
as
soon
as
possible
to
make
an
easier
life
when
the
larger
tables
arrived.
And
forget
the
standards.
Once
our
mains
were
returned
and
cooked
correctly
the
steak
and
burger
was
superb
and
the
back
to
the
clandestino
quality
we
had
previously
experienced!!
However..The
chips
had
been
refried
again!!!
Making
them
so
greasy
tasting
and
not
nice..So
what
a
poor
effort
by
the
chef..that
he
or
she
was
unable
to
plate
fresh
chips
on
two
plates
that
had
been
sent
back
due
to
complaint.???
We
are
locals
and
will
return
to
clandestino
once
more
and
give
them
a
second
chance
as
our
first
visit
was
a
really
great
experience
and
the
food
was
excellent...
A
real
shame
quality
was
let
down
on
this
occasion
for
whatever
reason
they
chose
to
give...Especially
during
the
festive
season
when
people
eat
out
more
frequently
than
normal
and
are
possibly
eating
out
for
special
occasions
too.
The
standards
should
be
the
same
all
year
round.
LIKE
I
said
all
the
food
was
'eventually'
delicious,
and
I
am
not
one
to
normally
complain
but
these
types
of
errors
are
most
infuriating
and
maybe
staff
-front
and
back
if
house
need
training
on
how
to
clear
tables
and
call
the
table
away
to
the
chef
so
then
the
meals
are
then
set
up..
not
before
starters
have
been
finished.
I
hope
to
eat
again
soon
and
not
have
the
same
issues.
