A jewel in Las Palmas. Place: it is a tiny restaurant in the old area of triana in Las palmas. You need to book in advance because it is usually fully booked , specially on weekends. Service: The guys there are super nice, they also speak english. They gave recomendations and explained all dishes in detail. The service wasn't super fast but quick enough. Food: To taste they borught tamarind puree with apple and carrot strips. Super tasty. They also serve some extra virgin olive oil for the bread. Starters were croquetas de chipirones with alioli. Seafood taste was strong, and properly fried not too bready, alioli soft and creamy. Lobster dumplings: they came in a kombu algae sauce. They were beautifully cooked. They are not always available bur if they offer them, order! A promising start. For mains: Tuna poke. It comes with a lime foam on top. Tuna well marinated, a bit of spicy, just a kick. Served with corn chips. Chipirones: they are served with a pistachio sauce and a rice cake on top.loved the combination and the taste. Cochinillo: served on top of a sweet potato puree. It is served with a thin slice of chicharron (crispy pork crust), and it was tender and tasty. Cooked to perfection. Deserts were Maracuya (passion fruit) foam and cheescake. The forat one is a must try. It is a delicious combination of the fruit and other elements. The cheescake is their best seller, for a reason. This is a must visit in Las Palmas if you are looking for something different. It is not a cheap place but is also not too expensive and servings are big enough. Very recommended.

We went to eat there because of Michelin guide. We ordered an entrance and a main course each. The price was quite low for what we got (with the wine and water, something around 40€ per person). The place is really nice as well as the waiter. The food was really original! I do not give a perfect note because the portions were a bit small. But still, I definitely recomand that place!

We had an incredibly good last day of the year lunch. Very nice and helpful staff. And... what a beautiful city Las Palmas is. Happy days!

I don't understand the hate or low ratings. There are no reasons to give such low ratings to such a good restaurant. The service was appropriate and fast, food tasted good, prices are as expected for such a venue. People do not realize how hard it is to run a restaurant during covid, properly managing supplies and also dealing with suppliers in these times. These guys have done a good job, and I'm a picky dude who has worked all over the world for michelin starred restaurants. Yes the place is small, yes they have few seats and a small menu, but I see all these aspects as a plus. Worth trying for sure. Flavio de Stefano Pastry Chef

Sadly disappointed 2.5 stars While 'not bad', not bad is not good enough for the price and rave reviews. Nice in town setting, but the interior is a bit tired and dim. Among the three of us, there was no dish that stood out. I had perfectly cooked fish, but covered in puffed rice? Really did not work. The cerviche was more like a watercress soup with bits in it. 'Creative' but again, did not work. I can't recommend, though I expect there are some who would appreciate the 'creativity'.

It’s my fourth year spending winter in Gran Canaria and somehow haven’t been in this gem before. Definitely the best food experience on the island and can’t recommend enough. Try as much you can on the menu and share everything. Even forgot to take pictures :)

What a treat! We had dinner and enjoyed everything: innovative food, nice personnel and wine for a fair price. Try it - you´ll like it.

The food was great, very tasty and stylish. We tried salmon tartare and lamb chops, and it tasted amazing. The service was very friendly and general atmosphere was very peaceful and elegant.

Nice atmosphere, a bit stiff, but thats expected at expensive restaurants after all. I thought Michelin had higher standards though? Very good food, yes, but nothing over the top like I expected. Service was mediocre, but where is it not in gran canaria? Miles better than most restaurants in the area but nothing compared to food abroad. For the 90€ (2 people) - meh worth it.

One of the best Spanish cuisine restaurants I tried. Despite there were few vegetarian options (for my wife) the owners were so nice to offer some delicious dish for her. I tired some pork iberico dish which was 10/10, great job!

Disappointed in my experience at this restaurant. Please, just focus on the main ingredients, there's no need to cover them in popcorn or fried truffles. At least it was over quickly and not too expensive.

Excellent dining (in these times of C19). The amuse bouche (morcilla) already put the bar up a notch. Vieiras with wagame didn’t disappoint, chipirones were a bit plain, you would almost believe intentionally to focus on what else is going on. Cochinillio extremely tender with crispy skin. I’m no fan of passionfruit, but that was a perfect composition and the icecream. If that’s too fresh for you, go for a dessert wine. Outstanding selection of local wines. Don’t miss this opportunity!

Magnificent! Wonderful dishes, so delicate and delicious. Canarian wines fantastic. We had such a lovely time as the food was so good, kind staff, fast service on Thursday. Beautiful music, again tasteful and not loud at all. Great evening at Que Leche.
