👍👍 Our first diner of the year, it’s a great experience in Summum restaurant! Stunning view even better by night, friendly staff, and the dishes are very well presented with different shape of plates. THE TASTE is great!!! Surprising combination with local roots, exotic flavor is discretely presented!... People often mention wine, view, restaurant,

Super helpful! With guests that can't eat specific ingredients, they adjust everything. This alone is worth a five star rating, but also - the food is good.

Perfect place for a romantic candlelight dinner including ocean view. Summum is the roof top restaurant of the Reina Isabel hotel. You can enjoy a fantastic view over the beach Canteras and the ocean. We had a six-course dinner including wine. For sure it was expensive, but the food was so delicious and the wine well selected for each course of the dinner. The waiters are very professional and made our evening to a perfect one.

Really nice restaurant 8th floor of hotel Reina Isabel. Food is imaginative and extremely well presented and wine pairing was delicious. The restaurant has a colourful yet high end design with amazing views. The staff were very knowledgeable, attentive and passionate. Restaurant has a romantic feel and is well suited to an intimate special occasion.

I was recommended by my Airbnb host to this edgy, cool, elegant, trendy yet Canarian roof terrace restaurant (indoor and outdoor). We went there for my partner's birthday, waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable about the wine and food, we both went for the tasting menu "Reina" for €59 pp, it's slightly more expensive than normal dining along the seafront, but I mean just the view and the quiet sophisticated setting are worth every penny. Food was excellent, each dish was presented in its best possible way, taste is second to none, we even went for the wine pairing with this tasting menu, the wines were amazing, every single one of them, I am not normally a big fan of white wine, however the selections from the wine pairing was just out of this world! We even received complementary cava as it's my partner's birthday. Overall, I would recommend anyone to go try this restaurant, it's on the 8th floor of Reina Isabel hotel, a little hidden gem from the busy and buzzing seafront. If there's more ⭐️ I would have given it more!!!
